I still have not received this box that I paid for in April. It’s August 23. Customer service won’t respond!

I have not received this box but even worse, I have not received my Spring box for which I placed the order in January. My emails go unanswered. I also placed an order for an Autumn box plus a few others. I am worried.

I got this box last year and chose the “Volpe” bag in the 2-tone just as it looks in the picture. It is just lovely. I receive compliments every single time I go out. I carry the bag daily and it is made of nice leather, very strong, and I expect to use it for many years. It shows zero signs of wear even after a year of use thus far. I purchased 3 small zip leather bags from Amazon to put inside it to organize my small things and that was a great idea. Now, if I change bags, it’s easy to swap out the contents. It’s also very easy to find what I’m looking for. I should have thought of that years ago!

Where are our Spring Boxes? When are they shipping? Does anyone know? I’ve emailed twice but no response. I’m thinking about contacting my bank- did anyone order the spring box last season? If so, do you remember when that one was received?

I received my spring box Monday 4/23.

I’m on the same boat. I ordered the spring box back in January with the expectation it would be shipped around March 20th. I emailed the CS . I’m also thinking of contact my c card company.

I haven’t seen my spring box either.. Unfortunately this isn’t surprising at all. They never provide “ship by” dates for reasons we all know. 5th Avenue said it would “start shipping” after 3/20 so technically they aren’t doing anything wrong 🙁
