5th Avenue Style is an accessories subscription box based out of New York City that specializes in luxury fashion items at a deep discount. Their motto is “Effortless Elegance” – and they boast that their company is made up of a team of highly professional stylists and fashion veterans. In the monthly subscription box, you are guaranteed 4-5 branded luxury accessories items with a minimum value of $250.
When you sign up for this box, or any of the variations (e.g. other subscription boxes, their membership club, or limited edition boxes) you will complete a short questionnaire indicating things like what colors you love, which you avoid, your preferred accessories, style, and metal color - and some sizing info where applicable (for instance, with rings).
There are several subscriptions available from 5th Avenue Style including:

5th Avenue Style April 2018 Review
5th Avenue Style has you fill out a survey when you subscribe to this box. You describe your metal preference, any colors you like or dislike, and your preferred accessories. There is also a section to leave a note to 5th Avenue. From what I have learned from the forum and people who have subscribed, the more details you give, the better your chances of the box is just to your liking. Here is what I said in my note to 5th Avenue: I have very fat wrists that makes fitting bracelets difficult. I prefer necklaces I can throw over my head rather than clasping. I love dangly earrings. I prefer bags that can fit a wallet, an iPhone, and a makeup bag vs really small bags. I don’t use clutches (too scared of losing them!). I wear prescription glasses 90% of the time.
Now let's see the box they put together based on all of that information!
Here is the invoice detailing the products I received. No prices are listed.
Cristina Sabatini Olivia Handbag in Pink - Retail Value $119 (provided by the bag company)
I legitimately squealed when I was opening this box and saw the gold chain intertwined with leather peek out. Then, after it was unwrapped in all of its glory, I was dumbfounded. This purse is everything. The gorgeous millennial pink/rose gold leather. The beautiful gold chain handle. The TASSEL. The combination of pink with gold is the perfect mix of fun color with elegant details, and I am in love with the tassel at the closure of the bag- and the spot right above the tassel is studded. The python leather is a design I have never owned before, but I think it goes with the style of the bag perfectly.
This purse fits my wallet, phone, and keys, so it fits the bare necessities for me. If I put my basics in a card case instead of my full wallet I would be able to fit a makeup bag in there too.The interior is lined with black and it has one inner pocket with no zipper. Honestly, I feel like when Cristina Sabatini designed this purse she did it with me in mind. In terms of how much this purse is worth, I could not find this purse anywhere on the internet, so I reached out to their customer service and they confirmed the $119 price. Similar-sized purses on the Cristina Sabatini website range from $175-$200.
All of the jewelry came packaged in this sturdy white box.
Karine Sultan Liam Pendant Earrings - Retail Value $32
These 24k gold-plated dangle earrings had me swooning when I saw them. I mentioned in the notes that I love dangle earrings, so I was happy to see these! I thought they would be a bit bulky based on the way they look in their packaging, but when wearing them they look more delicate. They aren't heavy, and these earrings are probably going to become my new go-to earrings. I couldn't find them available for sale, so I reached out to Karine Sultan customer service! Margaux was very helpful and told me that these earrings are the Liam pendent earrings, the color is antique gold, and they retail for $32.
Here I am wearing the earrings and feeling very elegant.
ArtZen Oynx & 18K Gold Plated Sterling Silver Adjustable Ring - Estimated Value $20
Right off the bat, I was impressed that I was sent a ring that matched the bracelet, and I was happy to find out that it fit! I have sausage fingers, so fitting rings are difficult. I mentioned this in my notes, and I am so happy to get an elegant ring that fits! Colette got the same ring with a different stone in her Deluxe box, and I was happy to get mine because when I read her review I thought it was really pretty. I reached out to ArtZen to try and find what they value their items at, but I have received no response yet, and I will update this review if I do hear back. In the meantime, I think my $20 estimation is on the low end, but I was doing my best with what I could find similar rings for.
Les Georgettes Wave Cuff Bracelet - Retail Value $79
Les Georgettes Iridescent Scales/ Soft Black Leather Band - Retail Value $17 (found here for $13.60)
When I saw the pretty pink box wrapped in a bow, I squealed again (a lot of squealing went on with this box). Les Georgettes is a brand I have seen in some other subscription boxes, and I am so stoked to have one of my very own. Plus— it fits! I mentioned in my notes that fitting bracelets are hard, but this one fits comfortably! Also, I didn't even remember that the leather band was interchangeable until after I was done taking pictures. I actually like the iridescent scales side more than the black, because it has a bit of rainbow shift when the light hits it! In terms of quality, there is no question this French brand makes quality pieces. The bracelet is gold plated,
Here is the bracelet as I wore it today when the sun hit it just right. Stunning, right?
Here is the bracelet + ring being worn together. I love how they coordinate!
The Verdict: I am, quite simply, floored. Every single thing in this box feels like it was personal to my preferences, and I can tell attention was paid to the notes that I left. There is no doubt in my mind that each piece is of high quality, and opening this box gave me that same joy that I got the first time I got my first-ever subscription box. Even if some of the pieces are from past seasons, that doesn't bring down the value in my mind — as long as what I receive is elegant, in style, and high quality I’m not hung up on if it isn't the newest release. For $98 a month including free shipping, I got 4 amazing (and coordinating!) pieces for $24.50 a piece, and I think that is an amazing value for the high-quality items I received. While the shipping issues are a bit of an inconvenience, I do have hopes that 5th Avenue Style will improve their shipping in the future— just be aware of their history of slow shipping before you sign up.
The Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Because of the variation, it’s unlikely that you would get the same items that I’m showing here. The value should be similar and is promised to at least be $250.
Value Breakdown: At $98 for this box and an estimated value of $267, here’s what you are paying approximately per item:
- Cristina Sabatini Handbag: $43.68
- Karine Sultan Earrings: $11.75
- ArtZen Ring: $7.34
- Les Georgettes Bracelet w/ Leather Band: $35.24
