They’ve had some at the Evans, Ga store for $2.50, I think they’re finally out of stock there now.

My local WM had all the boxes in stock on two large end caps, despite the web site saying they weren’t in stock. I got the lip box and am very pleased — pinky nudes are my colors and this lets me try five different ones plus a lip scrub for only $10.

My local Wal-Mart had the three hair boxes on display but not the makeup boxes. I picked up the curly hair box for now. May go back to get the naturals box.

Nice try, Walmart, but you failed in every category (again). They follow Target’s amazing boxes with ones that are
1: more expensive
2: add shipping charge
3: have a minimum purchase requirement

I was in my local Walmart today and they had all of the boxes offered. I was going to get the Eyes one however their ingredient list on some of the items are ones I try and avoid. I was surprised they had them all in stock.

The eye box is now sold out online as well.

I would be A LOT MORE tempted to buy one or all of these if Walmart could get their beauty box subs together. The last box I got was I think, Autumn in late December. I’ve got two more ‘we’re about to charge your account’ notices (one in late March and again about a week ago) and nothing.
Also sorry, I’m not paying $5.99 shipping.

I agree. not only have I had the same experience with the Walmart boxes recently but my “fall” box was TERRIBLE. Really the worse box ever. I had 9 subscriptions for their boxes, which I had sent to a bunch of my friends but I canceled them all after the fall boxes. However, last week I renewed my sub for just one box to see if they had gotten better and was told I am getting the “winter” box. when I inquired with their customer care about why I was getting a winter box and not spring, I was told that because they got the fall boxes out so late that they are still trying to get the winter boxes out. WTH. why not just skip to the spring boxes already. jeez!

Curly hair boxes are usually more expensive (don’t know why), so I’m getting one. I’m always looking for my holy grail, plus my curly hair soaks up product like a sponge.

The sizes of the products are generous I saw all of the kits in store today. Much nicer than any of the boxes they send out. The eyes box has 2 full size pallets and a full size mascara so it is definitely worth the 10 dollars. It had parabens in one of the pallettes so I passed.

The two I’m interested in look to be available at my local store. I’ll be going by to see and get them. I’m not into paying for their shipping cost!

Just received our weekly local paper. Walmart has an insert which features these 6 boxes on page 12. Maybe their strategy is to get more people into the stores, but still offering it on-line as a convenience to those who can’t get to a store….

That influence by nature box is exactly what I need right now! I have a few big trips coming up this year and I need travel size shampoos and conditioners. Normally one travel size shampoo or conditioner can run for $5 each, so this is such a great deal for me! I think I’ll be picking up a couple so I’m covered for all of my trips!

nope…target got all my disposable sub box cash this month!
baby box is out, new may box, still got the specialty boxes…oh, & “beauty brands” has 2 discovery kits out, that will actually be mailed to you, when you order them, soooo…

I’ve been billed for my 5.00 box just waiting on delivery and picked a few items I want to check out soon at my local Walmart , ELF lip exfoliator, ELF Essentials Brow Wax Pencil and Milani Make it dewy setting spray.. the rest of the stuff in samples I pretty much have already,,

I groaned when I saw there were six boxes since I knew I’d be tempted, but I really must be on product overload. Nothing is enough to make me want to spend money thank goodness.

I usually avoid Walmart like wildfire. However, a $10 dry shampoo sampler is exactly what I need in my life right now. I use too much dry shampoo and having small sizes for travel/gym is great. Travel sizes by themselves are expensive so getting a sampler box is more financially sensible. Also, just added a bunch of stuff I need for my house to get the free shipping. Hey, now I won’t have to go to the store.

I ordered the glow, lip and eye and threw in a cute summer dress I saw on a Buzzfeed list to get free shipping. Fun little Thursday night pick-me-up!

If you click on the box you want it takes you to your Walmart and tells you if it is in stock and if they have free pickup. To give you an idea I have 6 Walmarts within 7 miles and 4 have it in stock with free pickup. Guess where I am going today:)

They should mix up the boxes the way we are used to – one lip item, one mask, one hair item etc go into one box. Most of us here have been in the sub box world long enough that we don’t need a full box of one type of item.

I would love to get; Naturally inspired, refresh renew extend, and love my curls but dont need them nor do I need to pay to have it shipped to me.

Yeah, Walmart has a ways to go in learning how to do this beauty box business. These boxes are too expensive to begin with, and requiring a $35 minimum pretty much ensures that they won’t sell well.

I just threw in some snacks that I’d buy for my kids anyway.
Jen
I think they are a great value! That eye palette is over $10 alone.

I want 4 boxes, so this works for me! Hopefully the regular subscription service will get back on track. :/

Apparently this is what they’ve really been “working around the clock” to put together instead of all the winter boxes that they were supposed to be sending out to their existing subscribers. I feel bad for those that were charged months ago and are still waiting. I was never even charged so I just canceled this week. And I do not plan on getting any of these. Wish they had their priorities right…then maybe if consider…

Different departments. They are not using the same resources for these boxes that they do for the subscription ones.
Reply
LB
Then there’s still no explanation or excuse for not shipping out winter boxes…especially to those they charged almost 3 months ago….
E
Amen! Someone said it. I thought it was crazy when they sent me an email and asked me to confirm my shipping address for the Spring box. I thought “WTH, I didn’t even get my winter box!”

Monica
Lol Yeah I’m still waiting on my winter boxes. I was Charged Feb 9th.

Jen
I was charged on Feb 9 for my box too. I finally gave up last week and had them issue me a refund. *sigh*
JoAnne
Wow you have more patience than I do, I would have asked for a refund and cancelled by now,, Target is great and on the ball, but you have to pay attention and order every month, they don’t have a subscription yet, why Walmart overloads themselves when they can’t even take care of their subscribers is sad…
Justmee
Agreed…im glad someone understands the principle of the matters too

I was going to get the glow box but then realized if you get even two boxes you have to pay $6 shipping ….only way to get free shipping is with three boxes which I don’t need 😕. With the Target boxes I have a card so worth it with free shipping but not really without it unless you want three boxes.

Wendy
You have to buy $35 to get free shipping, so actually have to get 4 boxes. Only wanted 2 and no ship to store option. Oh well, didn’t “need” it anyway.
Reply
Rebecca
Actually it’s 4 boxes you have you order to get free shipping

According to my Walmart App, these are also available in store.

If I see them in store without shipping then I may have to grab one either the eyes or highlighter 😊

Why are they sending out “Beauty Favorites” boxes when I still havent even received my WINTER Walmart Beauty Box? I think the last box I got was My FALL box and even THAT was a few months Late (January I believe?)
Anyone know when WINTER and / or spring boxes will be sent out?
Reply
JoAnne
They say you may have to wait 2 months for your subscription box to ship and arrive , that’s crazy so don’t charge until ready to ship. I wonder how many boxes Birchbox etc have and you don’t wait to months for any of them and they’ve been around for years..

I was wrong, my last box was sent in NOVEMBER!
I just tried to request a box and they said “yu are already subscribed”…?

Ya I got my fall box after they announced winter box availability…because I emailed them. At least they were apologetic then. This time they’ve announced the Spring box and when I asked about still not being charged or shipped my Winter box they basically told me to be patient. Instead I canceled.
JuJu
Hmm, I was literally just thinking about buying the Lash Paradise mascara to try…
I think I’ll get a couple of these.
Glad to see Walmart is at least trying to do SOMETHING to keep up!

I won’t buy these on principle alone, They billed me months ago for boxes that still have never shipped.

Jami
I agree 1000% percent. I don’t trust them whatsoever, not with how they have treated subscribers in regards to the Winter and/or Spring boxes.
JuJu
Although I don’t know, looking over these boxes in more detail, I don’t think they are worth $10 each. If these were all full sizes, then sure, but not when it’s travel or trial sizes of shampoo and other hair stuff.
It seems like everything in the eyes box is full size, but then there are no Walmarts where I am, and I don’t need anything for the $35 free shipping minimum…
The lips box I would have bought if the lippies weren’t all so nude.
