Loot Crate is a monthly subscription box for geeks and gamers. Each month they include themed collectibles and shirts - they've moved towards a mostly exclusive model - so you can't get most of these items/variants anywhere else.
April's theme was Artifacts. My Subscription Addiction pays for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

April 2018 Loot Crate Review - Artifacts
The April box features a few fantasy franchises, Lord of the Rings and The Dark Crystal, along with The Legend of Zelda and Thanos!
This month's box inverts into the Infinity Gauntlet! I'm so excited for tomorrow night!
They've updated the card a bit - the front shows off all of the items from your box, while the back shows the mega crate and DLC details.
Chalice Pin - Value $5?
This month's pin has all kinds of Indiana Jones vibes going for it - and it hints at it in the card. Along with you're loot pin, you'll always get some digital bonuses:
This month features two comics from Comixology. I got an email to redeem these, but you can also check in the 'Loot Pins' section of your Loot Crate account to redeem them.
Thanos Shirt - Value $15?
This month's exclusive shirt features the art of JO3BOT and gets you ready for Infinity War to finally hit the screen! While I'm pumped for Thanos merchandise, this isn't my favorite design.
Loot Crate Edition Lord of the Rings Weta Mini Epics: Frodo with Sting - Value $30+ based on non-exclusive
This month includes an awesome exclusive sculpt for Loot Crate subscribers - it's Frodo with String!
Frodo is about 4.5 inches tall and the quality is just top-notch from the sculpt to the paint! The non-exclusive Frodo is $30 + shipping and doesn't include Sting in the sculpt - so this is a fantastic addition to the box!
The collector in myself gets really excited when I find a new vinyl figure style that I like and there's more to collect - check out their Lord of the Rings stuff!
Legend of Zelda Map of Hyrule - Value $10-15? For the Zelda fans out their, you'll get your very own physical map of Hyrule.
The map comes protected in a tube and ready to be put up - I think this one might be best framed first!
The Dark Crystal Notecards - Value $10?
The final item in the box is a set of 6 notecards featuring art from The Dark Crystal - they each come with an envelope as well.
Verdict: This is the second month in a row where the box has arrived in a timely fashion for us - fingers crossed that keeps up. Overall, I really like the vinyl figure and that is worth more than the cost of the box by itself. The other items were alright, but the figure saves it for me.
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, You'll see the current them on the landing page - theme cutoffs are the 19th of each month at midnight EST.
