Loot Crate is a monthly subscription box for geeks and gamers. Each month they include themed collectibles and shirts - they've moved towards a mostly exclusive model - so you can't get most of these items/variants anywhere else.
March's theme was Playback.
My Subscription Addiction pays for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

March 2018 Loot Crate Review - Playback
The March box has tabletop, video game, move, and TV throwbacks from Sonic, Dungeons & Dragons, Galaga, The Simpsons, and Back to the Future.
They've updated the card a bit - the front shows off all of the items from your box, while the back shows the mega crate and DLC details.
Galaga Pin - Value $5?
This month's exclusive pin design features the classic starfighter from Galaga.
This month included two digital issues on Comixology a well - Centipede #1 and Swordquest #1. This is always a nice little extra for comic readers!
Back to the Future Shirt - Value $15?
This month's exclusive shirt design features design schematics for Doc's Deloreon. The design is one that I like - but the quality leaves a ton to be desired. The print is a little off centered on the shirt, and then the much bigger issue...
This is marked as a 2XL but couldn't be much larger than a men's medium - there are some serious quality control issues there!
Sonic Vinyl Figure - Value $15?
This month includes a Loot Crate designed and built figure featuring Sonic.
It's got that Green Hill Zone vibe to it, but the ring color and character design give it more of a modern sonic feel. It goes pretty nicely with my Kidrobot classic figure.
Dungeons & Dragons Die Holder - Value $10?
This is a second vinyl figure/collectible made by Loot Crate.
It arrives with a new die and die protector - the Red Dragon.
While I'm not a Dungeons & Dragons player, I did think this was a smart item - I'm assuming there are more die holders out there, though?
Kidrobot The Simpsons 25th Anniversary Keychain - Value $6-8 on Amazon
The final item in the box is also the only non-exclusive item. Each subscriber gets one blindbox Kidrobot keychain.
Each keychain features a little iconic item from the first 25 years of The Simpsons. I got that iconic little radioactive vial.
There are a few to collect, too!
Verdict: Like this month's Loot Crate DX (review coming later tonight), I like the nostalgic vibes and franchise of this box. I typically don't have much of a problem with the value and items for these boxes - at $25, I think the value is always there as long as you're a fan of the franchise. But, that shirt sizing issue is really highlighting a sizing issue that I thought they had moved past a long time ago. On the plus side, this one arrived within a one-week window of the cutoff, so that was good. It pretty much feels like a balancing act with this box lately.
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, You'll see the current them on the landing page - theme cutoffs are the 19th of each month at midnight EST.
