Each box comes with an info card detailing the items included. And there's also an additional card if you are a VIP subscriber ($47.95 a box).

Now, on to the items!

Uniful Organic Mascara - Retail Value $22

I'm always happy but skeptical when it comes to trying organic mascaras. I love the ingredient-conscious formulas, but usually, the volume/length doesn't match my regular mascara. With this one, I was able to build some volume and length, but it still gave me a natural but enhanced look. I wore it the whole day without any flakes or smudging, so A+ for staying power.

If you're looking for an everyday natural-look mascara, this is great. If you want major volume and length, I wouldn't recommend this one.

You & Oil Acai Fig and Marula Antioxidants Complex - Retail Value $44

This oil blend is designed to help with firmness, tone, texture, and hydration.

The oil absorbs pretty quickly and leaves no greasy feel. And it has a subtle, floral scent thanks to the Cananga odorata oil.

Delia Organics Nail & Cuticle Oil - Retail Value $17.99

This oil is lightweight, instantly hydrated my cuticles, and I love the minty scent.

This rollerball design is perfect for nail cuticles, too.

Ayr Skin Care Calm Facial Bar - (Mini/Travel Size) Retail Value $12

How gorgeous is this swirly soap?

It's formulated with olive oil and organic avocado butter to provide moisture, and it's safe for sensitive skin. I think it's my favorite scent in the whole box, too! The blend of ginger grass, lemongrass, rosemary, and chamomile is magic!

That's everything in the standard Love Goodly box! And if you are a VIP subscriber ($47.95 a box) you will also receive:

Antonym Cosmetics Baked Blush in Peach - Retail Value $36

(Subscribers will either receive this peach shade or the copper shade.)

If you aren't familiar with Antonym, they are an amazing organic makeup brand. And this blush lives up to my experience trying their other products. The formula is highlight pigmented, and the blush lasted all day. This color is great for me, too, and I love the matte finish.

Here it is swatched:

Verdict: This box has a value of about $95.99 (Not counting the VIP item). I think that's great for a $30 vegan lifestyle box! I'm used to getting a mix of beauty + lifestyle items in these boxes, so it was surprising to only get beauty items, but I liked everything. (Organic skincare can be expensive, so if the majority of the value of this box is dedicated to it, that's fine by me!)

(And the VIP version of this box has a retail value of $131.99.)

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yes! As of today, 4/15, this box is still available. (The site will let you know which box will be your first box on the landing page.)

COUPON -  Use coupon code LOVEMSA5 for $5 off any purchase on LOVE GOODLY including any box subscription.

What do you think of the April/May Love Goodly box? Do you like the new VIP option?

(Also good to know - with each box and purchase, Love Goodly donates a portion of the proceeds to these charities).

Also, I just got my email confirmation for the VIP box and they give you 24 hours to select which Antonym Blush you want (peach or copper). They don’t guarantee your selection after the March 29 deadline but they will send your selection if available.

This was my first box with them and I actually liked it. The face oil is so addicting! (and just a note that I do have a mixed skin and am breaking out pretty easily but that oil does miracles!!!). The other stuff in the box were pretty good too (except for the mascara – other than the nice scent, not much to say about it).
I would definitely try a few more boxes and then see where is this going.

I tried just this box then cancelled, as I just wanted to sample it. Cancelling was a HUGE hassle and the CSR person seemed put out that she had to help me cancel the subscription. Just an FYI for those that are interested.

I don’t think my first comment posted but sorry if this is duplicate! I’m sorry you had a bad experience with the customer service! it really sucks when they make it difficult to cancel these boxes. For other people, I noticed that they sell a single one time purchase box as well as a one time purchase for two boxes without the subscription.

I’m sorry! I hate when companies make it difficult to cancel things like this! In case other’s don’t want to deal with the hassle, I saw that they sell a single one time purchase box as well as a one time purchase for 2 boxes.

I just cancelled my subscription as well, but the person I got was pretty nice. She did send an “are you sure?” email, but after I told her yes, she cancelled my subscription right away. I guess it depends on who you get.
