Here's the info booklet for this "Celebrate Spring" box! They break down all the items in the box with little explanations of what makes them special/why they were included.

gold swig glass

gold travel cup with lid

Swig LUXE 12 oz. Stemless Wine Cup - Retail Value $25.00, Listed Value $29.99

You might remember the full-size Swig tumbler that I got in the Winter box. I use that tumbler all the time—it keeps my morning tea so warm that I actually have to take the lid off to let it cool a bit sometimes! This stemless wine glass is likewise vacuum insulated and sweat-free, so it's perfect for holding some chilled rosé during a picnic or a lazy reading sesh outside on the patio. There's a tab opening that you can open and close, too, which is handy for preventing spills, should the tumbler tip over in the grass!

pink watch

pink watch with floral face

pink wristbands

Pink Floral Watch - Listed Value $24.99

This watch is super cute, if a little stiff in the strap. (I'm 99% sure it's faux leather, rather than real.) The face is really pretty, too. The booklet mentions how Rebecca was inspired by watches like this one on Instagram—I've definitely seen watches like this online, too, and felt the same way! I like the contrast between the light pink flowers and the dark background. It's super elegant.

umbrella in sleeve

Vintage Polka Dot Umbrella - Listed Value $14.00

No matter what I do, I always end up losing track of my umbrellas. And I usually realize they're missing right when I need 'em! The next downpour that comes along, I will be ready with this black, polka-dotted umbrella. I couldn't find this exact one online, but another Parquet brand umbrella comes in at about $7.00. That seems fair given the quality. It's the kind of thing I'd pick up at the drug store in a pinch, but for that same reason, it'll be handy to keep in my tote bag for emergencies.

Light Pink Tassel Earrings - Listed Value $9.00

I really love these earrings! Tassel and fringed earrings have become one of my favorite new trends. I love how they can bring a pop of color into any outfit. These peachy threads line the bottoms of 1" gold hoops, which dangle playfully beneath my ears. This shade of peach feels very spring, but it's still neutral enough that it'll work with plenty of different looks. Fun!

crystal candle

candle tin

lid on candle tin

Bee Lucia Lavender and Amethyst Wellness Candle Tin, 4 oz. - Retail Value $11.95, Listed Value $12.95

How cool is this little candle? The scent is pretty and peaceful, and the sprinkling of amethyst crystals is a unique, colorful touch. I always like tin candles—they're great for bringing outside, and they're super easy to store.

pen set

two pens

pens and pad

patterned pens

Monterey Ballpoint Pen Set - Retail Value $7.99, Listed Value $8.00

These pens are so cute! I love the Dalmatian print one a lot. With the gold accents, these pens look really cute sitting in my pen cup. They're playful, but classy at the same time.

greeting card

folded greeting card

pink back of greeting card

Greeting Card - Listed Value $4.50

This "Celebrate Everyday" greeting card is an exclusive RebeccaMail design. The value is listed on the back, which I don't love. I might put a sticker over it if I do send this along to someone. The pattern on the front is a bit busy for my taste, but the peachy pink color feels springy and fresh.

sea salt pop chips pouch

rebecca mail sea salt nutrition facts

sea salt pop chips pouring out

PopChips Potato Chips with Sea Salt, 0.8 oz. - Retail Value $1.49, Listed Value $2.00

PopChips are making potato chips now, and they are deeeelicious. They have the same light, crispy flavor as other PopChips I've tried, but with that familiar potato flavor. I really liked munching my way through this little snack.

pink polka dot pouch

pink polka dot pouch with nail file and lip balm

Next up, there was this polka-dotted bag with a few smaller items inside.

lip balm

coconut oil lip balm

Krucial Cos Maine Blueberry Lip Balm - Retail Value $3.50

I liked the blueberry sweetness of this coconut oil lip balm. It's moisturizing with a slightly sweet flavor. Never a bad thing to have a spare natural lip balm on hand!

heart nail file

Bonus Item: Nail File

Another handy thing to always have around is a nail file. I might keep this small one in my desk for emergencies!

gold eye pads

gold foil eye pad package

Bonus Item: Crystal Collagen Gold Powder Eye Mask - Buy 40 for $14.99 here

I'm not sure if these silicone-like eye patches gave my under-eye area much additional oomph, but they did feel cool and soothing!

green peppermint candies

Bonus Item: 5 Green Peppermint Candies

These mints give me grandma vibes, and I mean that in a good way! I like the green ones more than the red ones—they're sweeter than the classic red version. Are they a little holiday-ish? Well, yeah, but I'm not too thrown off by that.

The Verdict: This month's box was a lot of fun. The accessories were cute and springy and the self-care items (the eye pads, the chips, the candies) really made the box feel like a treat. The box costs $41.00 including shipping, meaning the average cost of all the featured items is $4.56, but if you count the bonus items, that price drops to $3.42. So I feel like I'm getting a solid value. I did notice that the values listed for most of the products were a bit higher than the retail values I could find online. That might be because they're considering shipping cost in their values, too.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No. Sign-ups for the quarterly box will resume June 1, 2018. You can, however, still sign up for their Snail Mail box!

Value Breakdown: This box costs $41.00 (cost + shipping), but the featured items had a value of approximately $102.42. That means that I paid approximately the following for the featured items in the box:

  • Tumbler - $10.01
  • Watch - $10.00
  • Umbrella - $5.60
  • Earrings - $3.60
  • Candle - $4.78
  • Pens - $3.20
  • Card - $1.80
  • PopChips - $0.60
  • Lip balm - $1.40

Note that those proportions don't account for the bonus items! They were trickier to price, but add at least a dollar or so to the value of the box.

I want that watch!

Love the glass! I have a similarly designed 22oz travel mug that I use for hot tea – totally know what you mean about its potential to be too hot if you’re not careful! – as well as a huge 32oz tumbler that I use for lemon water, tea, & other cold drinks and I adore both. Now I want the wine glass/ tumbler to round out my collection!
Re: the card, for better or worse, unless handmade nearly all cards actually have the price on the back so I wouldn’t worry about it. It’s definitely not an etiquette issue the way gifting other things with price tags would be & TBH there’s a good chance that trying to cover it will bring more attention to it that simply leaving it alone. Just my two cents!

Your two cents are much appreciated, Melissa!!! I think you’re right that trying to cover up the price on the card might just bring more attention to it. At least it’s a nice solid value for a card – I don’t think anyone would be shocked seeing that particular price on the back, hehe!

Thanks so much for your comment 🙂

Aria

You can buy that watch for $2 on AliExpress or eBay. Just google the exact name, it’s not a typo “fantatic style lvpai”.

Love everything except the watch and greeting card

Jessica

I would love that candle!
Does the watch face say “fantatic style” though? Is that a hip phrase I’m not aware of or an awkward typo.

Jamie

Oh! I just noticed it does say that. Lol

Now this is what Blessbox should look like, but with more makeup… And this one is still less expensive. I like the look of that candle.

Nancy M.

I have subbed to both of these (as monthly boxes)–with shipping the month-to month Bless Box is $37.49– Rebecca Mail is $41 with shipping. This sub seems to be a little more “put together” than Bless Box.
