Endor Smuggler's Bounty Review

The Endor box was the final box in the recurring model of Smuggler's Bounty - you can currently snag the Han Solo themed box while it's still available. The Ednor box features a new line mini plushes!

Endor Patch

In the beginning, you could always expect both a patch and a pin. Recently, they've been testing new product lines and the patch and pin where question marks. Anyways, this month did include a nice little Ewok patch.

Endor Socks

This month didn't include a t-shirt. Instead, the box starts with a pair of Endor-themed socks.

The socks are basic - think of a thin dress sock. But, who doesn't want that classic short of Endor with the defeated Death Star on their socks?

Scout Trooper with Speeder Bike - Value $34 from POP Price Guide

The major item of the month is this brand new POP Ride!

I can remember this scene blowing me away when I was young - how cool was that chase?! Anyways, I thought both the speeder and the character had a lot of great detail - one of Funko's nicest sculpts.

Partner this with the Luke and Leia on a speeder Rides and you can recreate the scene.

Ewok Mystery Mini Plush

The final item in the box is the start of a new product line - Mystery Mini Plushes.

Like the vinyl Mystery Mini line, it comes in a plastic bag. For the Smuggler's Bounty box, everyone would get an Ewok, though.

Pop the Ewok on your backpack and go. Or, if you're like me, you can always remove the latch on top and have it on your desk.

With all of their subscriptions ending, Funko recently announced that Collector Corps would be sold exclusively through Amazon and Disney Treasures would be sold exclusively through Hot Topic - we can probably expect an announcement for Legion of Collectors and Smuggler's Bounty soon.

Verdict: I really enjoy the POP Ride and Mystery Mini plush - but the items got a bit random toward the end of the subscription. I liked the ease with their subscription model (I probably will miss out on a few boxes via the store), so I will miss that - but I'm happy that they're still going to exist in some form.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No – all subscriptions are now closed. You can buy the one-off Han Solo box until May 16th - after that, the box will be available through an exclusive retailer that is TBD.
