I just want to chime in on this company and the limited edition boxes. I order the summer box back in March, and stupidly the mystery bestseller and autumn limited edition and have not received any of them. It’s going on a year now and I just keep getting messages that one of my items is delayed for the summer box. I have emailed them for months and get the same canned response. I highly doubt I will ever receive any of these boxes and have asked for refunds on all 3. If I do not receive in a timely manner I will be filing fraud charges in NY with this company. FAIR WARNING TO ANYONE INTERESTED OR THINKING ABOUT SIGNING UP FOR THESE BOXES, IT’S BECOME A COMPLETE SCAM AND I CAN’T EVEN IMAGINE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. I WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO WAIT TO RECEIVE QUALITY ITEMS BUT A YEAR AFTER PAYING FOR A BOX, AND STILL NOTHING, THAT IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE. Save yourself the headache and stress and avoid this company at all costs.

Same! I defended 5th Avenue at first, and I really did love my first two boxes I got through them, but I’m to the point that I’m looking into doing a charge back over this summer box. It’s just really disappointing and frustrating.

How do you do the charge back? I finally received a crappy box after waiting since March, and some of the items were damaged, and I didn’t get at all what I had wanted. They are a horrible company. If anyone can help. I am just so frustrated, since it has been almost a year I didn’t know who to turn to.

Do we get to pick which bag we want to receive or a watch instead of a jewelry piece? I want to get the box if I get to pick the items. The price is on the higher range for me and I don’t want to be surprised. LOL

Spoilers with 5th Ave are a bit convoluted, but the basic idea is that you can pick one item from each category to “opt in” to (Bags and jewelry are generally the two categories, but I think sometimes they have spoilers for other accessories like scarves.) Technically you can opt into more than one per category, but you are only guaranteed to get one and they will pick – so it makes sense just to opt into your favorites.

Under each spoiler there is a link to a form. If you don’t like the spoiler, just say you opt out on the form (It’s usually under a ‘select one’ option and says opt out.) If you don’t care one way or another if you get it, don’t fill out the form at all. To ‘opt in,’ click on the “please click here to fill out the form” under the Mischky jewelry spoiler. (Normally there are links under every spoiler to their respective forms – they may be in previous MSA spoiler alerts or perhaps they had cut-off dates that have already passed.) You put in your order number and select ‘opt in.’ If there is a specific piece of jewelry in the pictures or a style you like best, describe it in the notes section. You can also describe general preferences if you don’t care (thin bracelets, floral, no stripes, etc.)

I’m a bit frustrated with these spoilers for the Summer box. I have ordered 3 boxes so far and haven’t received anything. These orders were back in January. I get tons of boxes so it hasn’t been a big deal but I hope to see one of my orders soon

I asked about mine. They said they had it ready like a month ago and they were just waiting on my purse to come from overseas and as soon as they got it they would ship. Checked up again a week or two ago, still the case. So the short answer is hopefully soon and I haven’t gotten mine yet either 🙂
