I am not too excited about any theme with “clean” in it. I am ok with the spoilers though. I have been wanting highlighting drops. I just dont get the glow I crave from powder. I am 44 by the way just incase people think only young people get to glow. Also happy to get scented balm Ipsy only sends me unscented. Even my balm dot calm was unscented!!

I agree that it’s probably just growing pains. I had a customer service question, and they contacted me with a great help the same day. They were much more helpful than FFF has ever been. I like supporting small indie businesses in general.

I subbed after the Nylon box went under, and Cult Crushes was suggested here on MSA as a box that Nylon fans might like. I would guess that a LOT of people subscribed after reading about them here. That’s pretty cool to think that MSA has some serious sway in these matters! I think they’ll find their groove.

The Pinky Rose Bright Lights palette that was in April’s box is sold out most places. I’ve seen a LOT of buzz about it on Instagram, so that makes me extra happy that I got one — besides that it’s gorgeous!

I actually got my shipping confirmation last week. I was a waitlist member. I’m happy even with the $3 price increase, I’m sure it won’t break the bank. Looking forward to many months to come. Mistakes happen we are all human.

I think this will be my first and last box from the Cult Crushes. It’s already midway through the month and there’s only one spoiler and they just took my money. And I haven’t received any email when they will ship out.

I’m optimistic! I think they are just having some growing pains and all will be well.

I’m trying to figure out how to cancel. I go to subscriptions, like it says, but nothing is there.

It has to be in desktop and it’s in the subscriptions above the subscription in blue you can pause it or cancel. Hope this helps.

Thank you! This will be helpful. I plan to cancel prior to June.

I had the same issue. I emailed customer service and they asked if I still wanted the May box. I replied that I did; and they instructed me to contact them after I received my May box, and they will cancel my subscription. So it wasn’t a big deal, but it is a bit of a hassle. I was going to cancel outright, but I decided to try it out and see if I like it enough to continue.

I still haven’t been charged yet & I signed up weeks ago…very strange. I’m thinking of cancelling already just because I’m not feelin’ how they’re running things. Doesn’t give me good hope for future shipments!

I’ve been subbing this box since their first one came out. I want to say November 2016. (At the time, I did email MSA to let them know about this hidden gem). Yes, they sometimes are late shipping or all over the place with the billing date, but often they are one of the first boxes I get.

Since MSA finally decided to start reviewing them, I’m sure their business has exploded. Don’t forget, they also are operating stores in NYC without a huge corporate like a Sephora. CS generally responds within 24 hours and it’s just a cool box, not filled with the same stuff as all the other boxes.

Will you love everything? Probably not, but if you’re not too heavy on the expectation of getting exactly what you want in a mystery box, I think you’ll find the value exceeds the $14 it’s going up to.

I’m sure the price increase is for things like extra staff to make this go more smoothly, buying much larger quantities of things like boxes, stuffing, and product cards, and maybe even more warehouse space to assemble the boxes.

Same here this is a one and done for me. They lost me already. I feel like it’s a sign

Plus. I’m signed up and signed up for the newsletter and didn’t get a email about late shipping so already no commutation
