Spring 2018 'Extra! Extra!' Nick Box Review

The Spring 2018 Nick Box was fully packed to the brink. It features items from Rugrats, Aahhh Real Monsters, Rocko's Modern Life, Rocket Power, Ren & Stimpy, and Hey Arnold.

It comes with an information card that details the items in the box.

Krumm Sweater - Value $25-30?

Let's start with one of the greatest items to ever exist - the Krumm cosplay sweater! While it took me a little while to get into Aahhh! Real Monsters, once I was in - Krumm was my easy favorite.

The sweater is complete with armpit hair and eyeballs.

Thankfully, it fits like a dream, because I just want to wear this in normal circumstances like grocery shopping.

Each time I think that The Nick Box has outdone themselves, they throw a curveball. This is just fantastic.

And when you have Andy's help, you can remove your head to see how close it really is to Krumm:

Best. Item. Ever.

Space Madness Bath Towel - Value $15-20?

While Space Madness wasn't the first episode ever, it's one that I can very clearly remember to this day - and this scene is one of the best.

It's about 53 inches from its furthest points - but it's an abnormal shape. It's a thinner terrycloth material - which is my preference.

Stoop Kid Vinyl Figure - Value $20?

"Stoop Kid's afraid to leave his stoop" - every Nicktoons and Hey Arnold fan remembers that quote from the Stoop Kid episode.

This figure is about 6 inches wide and 5 inches tall. And is perfect for the "Extra! Extra!" theme:

Rocko Pouch Tote - Value $10-15?

The only item from Rocko's Modern Life is a pouch tote featuring Rocko himself.

It's super portable and only about 5 inches tall when zipped up - and comes with a carabiner to carry along with you.

Becuase it's that small when collapsed, it's not the biggest tote - but is definitely enough for a quick grocery trip.

Stimpy Soap Dispenser - Value $20?

Is the Stimpy nose soap dispenser the ultimate bathroom item? Quite possibly.

Fill up this vinyl soap dispenser with the soap of choice and pump it out of Stimpy's nose!

Rocket Power Mini Deck - Value $15?

I think mini skateboards have made a comeback recently? Even if they haven't, this is a nice throwback to the time period of the show!

It comes with a little sticker set to pop on your deck.

The deck is a typical mini deck build - but the top has a foam layered on for better control.

Purple Reptar Pin - Value $5-7?

One of the Rugrats items is an enamel pin featuring purple Reptar. It's on the bigger side of enal pins, too, coming in at a little over 2 inches tall.

Tommy's Toy Stationary Set - Value $10-15?

The final item of the box is from Rugrats - it's a little stationary set featuring Tommy's toys.

The screwdriver is a little holster for the pen.

While the ball is just a little notepad.

Verdict: I really love Culturfly's Nick Box creations - they keep knocking it out of the park. The Krumm sweater is just all kinds of great! Once again, I love the majority of items this month - so it's a big win again!
