Has anyone gotten theirs yet? A few months short of a year and nothing! I wrote cs a few months back and they replied with a standard we’re waiting on all items blah blah blah.

Evidently, the 5th Avenue CS takes time to read and respond to comments on MSA. But its responses to the customers’ email inquiries are sporadic at best.
It feels like they care more about the potential customers than paid customers… SMH..

Does anyone know if b10 is more teal or forest? It looks teal, but I’ve only been able to find pictures of bags that appear more forest with a yellowish tint.

SInce you are part of the 5th Avenue team, Can you tell me why the Summer box that I paid for in March, still hasn’t arrived. I was promised 11 days ago that I would get tracking info in a day or two and that still hasn’t happened. Why should people pay for boxes from your company if they can’t get them or any communication from 5th Avenue?

From my experience, all further promos will have smaller discounts than this first one.
I received a Volpe in Cognac already and gettings heaps of compliments every time I wear it. I hope to get it in a different color with this box.
5th Ave, please, please, please put Volpe in the next spoiler.

Even if they don’t spoil the Volpe, you could request it. There’s no guarantee, but I’ve seen other people get specific items they requested that weren’t spoilers but were the same brand. I also got a watch in a colorway that wasn’t offered in the spoilers, but was one I knew existed, and asked to get if they could.

You’d think you’d offer the same deals offered for existing members as for new members to entice them to join/but. I’d buy if I was offered $100 off rather than $75. The box is pricy BUT the items are very nice and chic.

I’m still waiting on my Limited Edition Home Box that I ordered in NOVEMBER 2017…I have a ton of messages from customer service saying it will be sent, etc. etc and I’m still waiting!! I know it will be a great box, especially with the McCoy Design Votive BUT its been 7 months!! Just be aware!!!!

Agree!~If they could post a few pictures of different colored bags held by people it would really help to see color and scale. From what I hear the Dr. Apple is very large, which I like in theory but would love to see in action. 🙂
