Has anyone else noticed that Rinse is misspelled on the conditioner tube? It is also (mis)spelled like that on the TOTALEE website. Am I just missing some reason that it is spelled like that ?

Alot of people seemed really happy with their May box. I cancelled in the past after I was billed but before the box shipped and they refunded me no issues. Thinking about re-upping as they sent a deal that’s really hard to pass up.

I totally get wanting an easier way to cancel… I did notice that their Customer Service chat option is live on their site during the day. That has been helpful.

I really appreciate that this is a line she is endorsing out of personal experience.

That’s a great thing to have this time of year. I wonder though does this count as 5 items or 1 since it’s a collection (set).

I like the spoiler.

The only thing I don’t like about bless box. Is its not easy to cancel. You have to wait for an email back from them to cancel and they have to cancel on their end. I and several people I know have had issues canceling without selling emails trying to get them to keep the sub. I find this annoying to the point I will not resub.

If they make it easy to cancel without emailing them I d gladly resub because I do like the box a lot. Yet at times I need to cancel or skip due to budgeting

I’ve never had any trouble canceling, and have done it 2 or 3 times. I’ve just emailed the company and they’ve canceled. But they do send you all kinds of lower priced offers to resub. They are definitely over priced unless you have one of their special offers. It’s just not a box that I feel is consistently worth it. This hair product looks interesting, but I’m not going to resub.

Yes. That’s what I meant. Lower priced emails to keep the sub. Rather a great spoiler and easy cancelation
