Bullymake Box is a monthly subscription box for power chewers. You all have heard about (and seen) some of Nyx’s exploits with plush toys from dog subscription boxes so when I heard about this one, I had to sign up immediately. Nyx is definitely a power chewer! You pick your dog’s weight in 10-pound increments so this is a box for an 80-pound dog (Nyx weighs about 84 right now).
My Subscription Addiction paid for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)
This review is of the Toys-only, 80-pound, $39 a month, box.
About Bullymake Box
The Subscription Box: Bullymake Box
The Cost: $39 a month (save with 3, 6, and 12-month subscriptions)
The Products: Toys and treats specifically tailored for heavy chewing dogs (no plushes). You can also choose a “toys only” box. Because of Nyx’s dietary issues, I went with the “toys only” box. You can also enter specific allergy information in a box on the checkout screen.

Good to know: if you want a toys-only box, you must select that during sign-up. Otherwise, you will get the default box, which does include some treats.
Bullymake Box June 2018 Review
There wasn’t a theme for this month's box but an information card was still included:
Not all boxes are the same due to the fact that you can choose your dog’s size in 10-pound increments, choose a toys-only box, etc., but there is usually an information card highlighting an item or two from the box.
There was also a card announcing a contest where you could win a free year of this subscription.
Peanut Butter Chewy Bar – Listed Value $18
The highlight of Bullymake Box for Nyx is whatever the flavored nylon chew will be. This month it is a pretty plain shape and peanut butter flavored (but Nyx doesn’t care about the shape as long as it is something she can pick up). This has lasted through a few sessions already. This may eventually show up in the Bullymake Shop but it isn’t there yet so I’ve used the value from the information card.
Roll the Dice Toy – Listed Value $18
You’ll also usually get a rubber toy that you can hide a treat in. I’ve shown you two sides of this one; there’s a hole where you can put a little peanut butter or a treat (or even freeze some water – there are a lot of possibilities). These are always super durable and Nyx is more into them when I go ahead and spring for the peanut butter.
Multipet Nuts for Knots 2 Knot Rope with Rope Ball
This is a current product according to Multipet, but I’m having trouble locating it at a retail website. Part of the problem may be that they make so many toys with similar names, the search results aren’t very useful. At any rate, if you get the “toys only” Bullymake Box, you’ll likely get a Multipet rope toy every now and then. Nyx loves these although they really don’t last a terribly long time (two or three sessions, maximum).
XO Toy with Rope
This didn’t have a tag of any kind so I really didn’t know how to approach searching for it. It is a tad on the small side but I let Nyx have it and it seems safe enough when in her possession. (Always supervise your dog with new toys or if you have any concerns at all.) There is a rope component connecting a plastic “X” to a plastic “O.” Nyx enjoys the rope most, but the plastic is a draw for her, too.
Here are a few shots of Nyx with the peanut butter toy. These nylon chews are the highlight of her month.
Verdict: I couldn’t calculate a total value for the June 2018 Bullymake Box – two of the items weren’t in their shop yet, and I couldn’t find the other two for sale. I do feel that the contents of this box were representative of other “toys only” months of Bullymake Box (and of course the Bullymake branded toys are the same for everyone). I would not say that every single toy from this subscription holds up for months on end, but they last longer than average with Nyx, who has always been a very destructive chewer, and this month was no exception. The peanut butter nylon chew was a particular favorite of Nyx’s.
Note: if you want a toys-only box, you must select that during sign-up. Otherwise, you will get the default box, which does include some treats.
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, your first shipment would be July. You can buy some of the exclusive toys at the Bullymake Shop if something catches your eye. Also, please note that this is the TOYS ONLY version of the box and it is selected for an 80-pound dog. There are some box variations here so you may not always receive the same box as Nyx gets, even if you choose the same profile values when you sign up.

Value Breakdown: At $39 for the box, you are paying approximately $9.75 per item.
