These little cards were included in my box.  They contain information about Fair Trade Friday and about Mercy House Kenya, Fair Trade Friday's parent organization.

Taamba Bangle by Village Artisan - Retail Value $14.95

This month's bracelet is so unique! It kind of looks like a dog collar, but it's made of copper, which may have health benefits. Unfortunately, the little charm came right off when I pushed my hand through. I think the bangle is a good size, but the metal connecting the two sides with the charm is very weak. I might look into getting it fixed with something stronger. Village Artisans is an organization based in North India that helps to provide dignified work to men and women of the area.

The Verdict: I am really enjoying my subscription to Fair Trade Friday Bracelet of the Month Club! This month's bracelet is very pretty, but of course, I am disappointed that the charm came off immediately. The value this month is lower than usual, but since it's about the cost of the box, I am fine with that. I love the charitable aspect of this subscription!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, you will receive the July box. Order by the 16th of each month to get that month's box.
