Looks like July is delayed as well. I haven’t received any information on delays, shipping or anything for July….

Holy cow, what a wild ride. Mine is on its way. I cannot believe there isn’t a single spoiler. Between this and the lone Pusheen spoiler I am actually in for some surprises this summer.

Well all I know is I’m done with this subscription. Should of never paid ahead for six months, really disappointed that I didn’t receive a June box yet or even so much as a tracking number for the shipping. I mean seriously, it’s the 3rd of JULY.

I got charged for it (but no record of it or an invoice in my account) and didn’t even know until I received a shipping notice and checked my Paypal. I’d cancelled back in May and got confirmation on the 31st that my cancellation had gone through. Their CS says this is because we can’t cancel until the current box has shipped, and then if we cancel it only begins the next calendar month – but if the never ship within the same calendar month, how is anyone supposed to ever be able to cancel?? It’s very confusing.
I really liked the May Box – but if cancellation is crazy and I’m going to get charges without records or invoices I can’t feel comfortable subscribing again.
I’d recommend checking your Paypal (mine was in early June) to see if you did actually get charged after all and the invoice/record just doesn’t show up on the website. I think it’s under something like ‘Boxoutgroup’ and not specifically Cosmobox.

They had to send that email because they probably planned to send the June box to everyone that signed up for the May box! Not even that fabulous May box is worth the hassle everyone who subbed is about to experience! Hold onto your hats!

I hope this box comes thru this month. Last month was fab, but prior months not so much. I was hoping maybe they were waiting for some great products to come in to put in the box!! All I know is it’s do or die this month for me….

Apparently, yes. I got confirmation of my cancellation May 31st, but turns out they still had charged me for the June box. No record of it on the website or invoice, but my Paypal lists the charge in early June. CS has been no help – they say cancellation is only allowed between box shipping and before the next calendar month. But since they haven’t been shipping before the next calendar month, there is no way for anyone to cancel under that!
If you went through Paypal, look for Boxoutgroup and make sure to cancel it/that it isn’t set to ‘Active’ so they can’t sneak in any future charges.
