Instead of expanding their brand, they ought to focus on correcting the problems they currently have. Everyone I know is counting the days until their annual subs are up. Those who debate subbing see the reviews and get scared off.
However, if Oui works to repair their reputation, they will find themselves gaining more new & repeat customers.

I agree 100%. I find it hard to believe that many current subscribers would be willing to double down on this company and subscribe to this box, especially for $150 a box. There have been way too many issues (aside from the delivery delays, that last box was particularly horrid, and they never even acknowledged that their spoiler was wrong and that the RV of the entire box was only about a third of the promised value…you know you’re in trouble when your favorite thing in a box is the box itself!).
