We got this coffee, biscotti, leather notebook and pen in this sub almost a year ago. It looks like they’re trying to clean out their warehouse. A couple years ago this sub was fantastic but in the last year it has gone downhill, IMO.

Do not get this box if one of the main reasons is the record player. It really is shoddy. If you like the rest of the items then by all means it’s an awesome deal.

They should’ve just had a warehouse sale to clear out their old inventory instead of packaging it as a Limited Edition box.

I agree! Mine skips badly and it drives me crazy that you can’t turn the volume off when you switch to Bluetooth.

Agreed. I can’t decide what to do with it. The wavy sound distortion drives me crazy when playing records. Once you hear it, you can’t unhear it.

MIne doesn’t have that problem. If I turn the volume all the way down I dont hear the speaker. I also don’t experience skips unless I use An old warped record. I that case I put A penny on the top of the needle and it is fine.
I really dont understand the hate on this record player. I wasn’t excited when I heard It was coming in my box but we have been using it regularly and having a good time with it.
While I agree It isn’t the highest quality item I’ve received from Robb Vices, it works fine and suits my needs.

The good: This is a fantastic box, and if I didn’t already have a subscription, I’d be all over this. The bad: I am wondering if they have lost a lot of people because the boxes have become much lower in value over the past 12 months. The ugly: If you do sign up for the stellar box, I would suggest that you brace yourself for many disappointments to come (but that’s just me…I won’t be renewing my current subscription once it’s finished). Congratulations to all who grab this box!

How much is this box? I clicked on the link and it looks like one has to prepay an entire year. Is that correct? I am confused, thanks!

I noticed they don’t seem to have a monthly option now the shortest subscription length is 3 months.
@MSA Can you ask them why they’re not offering a monthly option?

You can still get the monthly subscription from their site if you don’t start with the CNN box. Hope that helps clarify!
