May 2018 BAM Box Review

The May Bam Box featured only 4 items - 2 prints, a button, and a challenge coin.

It comes with an information sheet. You'll find all the item details here, along with rare variant items you may or may not have received.

Destro Pin - Value $5?

Each month comes with a BAM pin - this month features "Go Joe" fan art pins that show off G.I. Joe's Snake Eyes, Destro, and Scarlett.

Our was a middle-tier variant and was limited to only 250 produced.

Fallout New Vegas Lucky 38 Platinum Chip - Value $15-20?

A similar chip came with a collector's edition of New Vegas a long time ago (which is no longer available), but this is a new pressing by Dark Matter Props. It's a cool little nod to New Vegas.

Colossus Signed 8x10 - Value ??

The celebrity autograph comes from Deadpool 1 and 2 - it's Stefan Kapicic who plays Colossus in the movies.

It comes with a certificate of authenticity - Bam Box has always been very good about sending these, and they're so important for collectors!

Infinity War Art Print – Value $10?

The final print is a companion piece to the March Infinity War print featuring the original Avengers crew and the April Infinity War print featuring the Guardians of the Galaxy.

The rest of the crew rounds out the 3-piece collector prints.

Like the others, it's signed and numbered by the artist, Logan Pack.

Verdict: You're going to have to love the celebrity autograph to love this box. Lately, it feels like the number of items has been cut down - the box almost feels empty since half of the items are prints. If you're into autographs, this is a great geek box for you - but, for me, it's not nearly as good as it had been in the past.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No. Theme cutoffs are on the 18th of the month - so you can still order for June right now.

This box didn’t seem like it was valed at $60+ or even the $35 you paid for it.

I would give it at least a $35 value but I got the first picture of Colossus which I prefer (the live still without Deadpool). I would give that at least $20. I would give the print at least $10 and therefore the rest adds up to $5 making up the $35
