May the Fourth Be With You!!! It's my favorite May holiday - Star Wars Day! This information card was included. It contains information on the contents of this month's package, plus some holiday trivia and suggestions for celebrating.
William Shakespeare's Star Wars (Hardcover) by Ian Doescher - Retail Value $14.95 (found here for $10.39)
Believe it or not, I already have this book! Haha! However, I know tons of Star Wars fans who would love to get a copy, so gifting this will be no problem. It's basically "Episode IV: A New Hope" written in the style of Shakespeare, but with an extra dose of comedy thrown in the mix. Funny stuff!
Darth Vader 18oz Mug - Retail Value $8.99 (found here for $7.99)
My 12-year-old son and I are big, big fans of Darth Vader, so this was a really cool surprise for us! But if I'm being honest, I don't really care whose face is on the mug - when it comes to coffee, the bigger the mug, the better! 18 oz is just right!
Star Was Sublimation Socks, 2 pairs - Listed Retail Value $8.99
What fun socks! I could not find these socks for sale online anywhere, but this price seems reasonable for a retail value. They are a synthetic blend, so they have good stretch. My son instantly claimed these for himself, of course, which is awesome! I'm glad he loves them!
The Verdict: This was a super fun first (for me) box from Bizarre Bibliotheca! Everyone in my house is a huge Star Wars fan, so this was an easy win for us! I can see how it might be disappointing if you don't like Star Wars, though. Now I am really curious to see what the June box holds because I would love to get another great book (that I haven't already read)! The total retail value of this box is $32.93. The box cost $28.98 ($19.99 a month plus $8.99 shipping), which represents a discount of about 12%.
