wantable fitness edit june 2018 box

Wantable Fitness is a fitness styling subscription service similar to Stitch Fix. You fill out an in-depth survey about your fitness clothing preferences, and your stylist picks out items for you. Wantable Fitness has been around for years, but they announced in December that they were expanding to include plus sizes, and I could not be more excited! I signed up right away!

When I signed up for this service, I took a pretty lengthy quiz in which I indicated my price, size and style preferences. I would expect what I receive to be reflective of my tastes, and for these boxes to vary quite a bit from subscriber to subscriber.  This is a note from my stylist, Joaneirys. It explains why she chose the items she picked for me.

This is the invoice of the items they sent me this month. On the right, it shows my cost to keep each item. The total comes to $377. If I keep everything, I get 20% off, plus I get my $20 styling fee deducted. That means a potential discount of $95.40. That's a deep discount!

wantable fitness edit june 2018 peach

Crossover Tank by Marika Curves - Cost to Keep $42

I really like the cut of this top, and it's made of a moisture-wicking synthetic blend, which is always good for working out in summer! I don't think I can ever wear peach, though, or any color that's close to my skin tone. I just don't find it really flattering on me. I am also not a big fan of sleeveless garments for activewear. For other types of clothing, I can wear a jacket or another layer to cover my upper arms, but that's just not going to happen with activewear!

wantable fitness edit june 2018 leggings

Kendall Uprising Mid Calf Capri Legging by Marika Curves - Cost to Keep $54

I love these leggings! Which is great since they are the only bottoms of any kind I received this month! That's quite alright, however, because I think it's a result of the Wantable Stream. It's a feature of their website/app that allows subscribers to indicate which pieces they might like to see in the next box, and which pieces they are not interested in. I think I just picked a lot of tops! Anyway, these leggings are super cute and fairly flattering, too. They have a good amount of compression, and I really like the design. They're very unique so I think I have to keep these!

wantable fitness edit june 2018 tank

Freedom Tank by Prismsport - Cost to Keep $48

It may look like a basic black tank, but it's pretty exceptional, in fact. It is made of a cotton blend moisture-wicking material, which is always great in summer. It's also a great cut and very well made. I don't really need a black tank right now, but if I did, I would definitely keep this one!

wantable fitness edit june 2018 curv

Curv Pacific Top by Vimmia - Cost to Keep $58

I really love this basic black tee! It's nice and roomy and soft, which is what I really prefer when working out. It has a relaxed fit, but the cut is such that it is still flattering. I have to keep this for sure!

Flutter Back Tank by Lola Getts - Cost to Keep $59

This tank is also moisture-wicking, but it has more of a synthetic look and feel to it. I wish it was not sleeveless, but otherwise, it's pretty awesome. The back is very cool, I like the draped split! It also has a great shape.

Curv Serenity Split Back Tee by Vimmia - Cost to Keep $58

This top is very similar to the Curv top above, but with a split back! I actually don't think the split back works for me, so I probably won't keep it. I'm too afraid of how much of my torso will be exposed during a downward dog, haha! It's a super soft cotton blend and an overall great top. The split is very cool, I just don't like it on me.

wantable fitness edit june 2018 grey wantable fitness edit june 2018 grey 2

Curv Serenity Split Back Tee by Vimmia - Cost to Keep $58

This is the exact same top as above, except in grey. I would be tempted to be annoyed that they sent me the same top in two colors, but I probably inadvertently requested both of them in the Wantable Stream! Again, this is a super soft, wonderful top with a very cool split back, but I'm not wild about the split back so I probably won't keep it.

The Verdict: This was another great box from Wantable Fitness Edit! I really love the leggings and the tee without the split back! There were some misses, but in this case, I think I requested to try all of them, so I can't blame Wantable. Next time I will probably leave more to chance. I am really enjoying building a solid workout wardrobe!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Wantable curates its boxes based on each individual's preferences as well as what's available. What you get might not be the same as what I got, but you also might get something that fits your style and body even better than the looks above! Sign up and see what they choose for you!

Value Breakdown: This box cost $20.00 with free shipping and returns. The total retail value of the items inside was $377.00. The cost of each item is listed alongside it above, but if I choose to keep at least 5 items, I get a 20% discount. The $20.00 cost of the box would also be applied to the purchase, meaning I would end up spending $281.60 for the whole box. Ultimately, thatís a savings of about 25%. The average price per piece is $58.71.

All 9o f the sizing left out is incredibly annoying, not to mention theres no point to review clothes if you can’t get a good size comparison.
