YumeTwins June 2018 Review

You’ll receive a booklet with information on each item, contests, and kawaii culture – and don’t worry, this information is also available online! The theme for the month is “Cinnamoment,” so let’s see if we can find out exactly what that means!

Cinnamoroll Roll Plushie

This is the third and final plushie in the series YumeTwins has been running - Cinnamoroll himself! What’s cool is that the round shape of these li’l guys means they can be stacked atop each other and basically make the cutest pyramid ever. His fur is really soft, and like his friends, would make an awesome neck pillow for the car or airport.

Shining Clear Case

Shining Clear Case

How neat - I’ve never received a decorative storage box before! There were 7 different ones that could’ve been received, and I got this blue Doraemon one. Doraemon is a time-traveling, robotic cat who loves red bean pancakes. What a cool little dude!

Ice Cream Kuritaro Puffy Stickers

Ice Cream Kuritaro Puffy Stickers

I feel like the stickers in this box are always next-level - these are puffy AND sparkly! My fifth-grade self would probably be ready to trade anything in her Lisa Frank collection for these ice cream treats! I love the colors and the gems are so extra - they’re the best!

Water Manju Squishy

This toy was easily the cutest thing in the entire box. Water manju is a translucent form of mochi, and the texture on this toy was so lifelike! When I opened the box and took this yellow squishy out, I really thought it was food for a minute. Thankfully, it doesn’t need to be eaten and instead can perch happily on my desk and oversee my to-do list.

Rilakkuma Fragrance Clip

Rilakkuma Fragrance Clip

How interesting - a scented clip! I thought this was a cool item for a desk...you don’t see enough office supplies that have scents! This has a faintly sweet honey scent - I didn’t get much of the lemon, but it smelled so nice. I received Kiiroitori, which is a pet chick of another Rilakkuma character. What a cute little face!

3 Piece Animal Food Clip Set

I was thrilled to see these! I always have half-opened bags of food at my house, and I’m always looking for bag clips. These couldn’t be cuter; of course, I love the panda, but the bear and pig are so cute, too! The markings on when the food should be eaten by are also so clever - I never would’ve thought of that.

Verdict: I’m not sure I fully understand what a “Cinnamoment” is, but I definitely enjoyed this month’s items! I really liked the plushie, those stickers have me making heart eyes, and the bag clips are kawaii as heck - and incredibly useful! I thought there were such a great variety and a nice mix of usefulness paired with whimsy.
