Allure Beauty Swag Box July 2018 – Available Now!

I received my box yesterday. So fast! Exactly 7 days from order. Not that exciting and I wouldn’t have ordered except the Wen products make it a great value. I rec’d a different color of Zoya which is good! It’s still a pink but a darker pink. No products were missing or damaged this time. Tired of all the repeats. How many plastic hair rings can one person use? But love getting the makeup remover wipes. Can always use more of those.

Having this be all drugstore products surprises me, since the regular boxes include high end. At about $3.15 a piece, still a good deal, but the curation is so bad imo: 2 hair conditioners, 3 hair spray treatments (one curl specific at that), and 2 hair brushes? no thanks…

lots of repeated products from June/July, they may be a different scent or color but they are the same. unfortunately i signed up for all 3 boxes.

only thing that looks bridal to me is the ZOYA naked nail polish. i’m glad because i don’t need bridal products and nothing was said about different magazines curating the boxes when i bought all three.

ZOYA is an awesome product BTW. no chemicals great for your nails.

Can’t decide if I want this or not. After New Beauty I’m not sure if anything will compare!

I reluctantly bought one. I will use maybe half the products but the Wen products make this box worth getting. I will gift or donate the products I can’t use. Hope this one ships faster than the last one.

I used to get excited over the Allure special boxes when I was new to the sub world, but I learned pretty quick that their not that great. It’s a lot of drug store items and I’m just way to spoiled with mid and higher end products. I’ve been wanting to try the WEN, but I’m nervous that I would be one of the people that lose their hair, as I have hypothyroidism and my hair is already falling out like crazy. When or if they go on sale for like half price, than I’ll consider buying 1 or 2 boxes.

Too bad they didn’t offer the Spring box at 1/2 half off with the purchase of the Summer box like they did last year. That at least would make me consider getting the boxes this time around.

So many products with bad ingredients…

What does this mean? “The first box will be with Allure, second July box with Brides and third box with Glamour in September.” I originally thought that the July box would be geared towards Brides and September would be Glamour products. But now I read this as the magazines by the same names. So are the Swag boxes advertised in the magazines for their month? The July box is offering 6 issues of Allure magazine so I’m confused. Thanks for any help.

I haven’t even gotten my July box yet, so they’re not getting any more money from me. I’ve never had to wait this long for a monthly box from them. 🙁

Swag= stuck with all garbage?

No thanks, Allure. I’m a little surprised at the products in this box, especially since their monthly boxes have been so good lately. I expected a lot more from them.

I liked the brides box from last year, so I’ll wait to see what they come out with this year for that. 🙂

No I will pass, even though it may be worth it for some who have teen-agers and go through a lot of items, for me I am going for quality over quantity a pretty easy pass.

This box is still a nice box IMO. It’s $60 for 19 going to be (almost) all full sized products. They could put a few nicer items in the boxes.

Although I’m not getting it, the numbers aren’t too bad… 19 items for $59.98, comes out to around $3.15 per item. I can see paying that for most of those items. And I came up with a rough estimate for total retail value at $240. I’m on product overload, and I don’t care for the WEN; so it’s a pass for me.

I remember when this used to be 39.99…

I love the Allure monthly box, but this isn’t worth $60 to me. $30 would be a much easier sell.

It seems that it gets more expufir fewer items and lesser quality. Just my opinion.

Easy pass! Buy another Beauty Report box if you have $60 to burn and need some useful product…

Didn’t they already sell this exact box previously? I feel like I’ve seen all these items before.
