Dia & Co. is a monthly plus size clothing subscription box that is personally curated for you by a Dia stylist. Upon enrolling with Dia, I filled out an extensive survey asking me about my clothing size/weight/height, price range, and also my style likes and dislikes. Every month my stylist selects five pieces that could be clothes or accessories to try out. If I like them, I have the option of buying them. There is a $20 per month service fee, but the fee can be applied to any purchases I opt to make. A 20% discount is applied if I choose to keep all five pieces too!
The items in my box are chosen personally for me dependent and reflective of my style and price preference, so the package you receive from Dia & Co. may be entirely different than mine!

Dia & Co. July 2018 Review
Here is that adorable Dia & Co envelope I look forward to seeing every month!
Also enclosed in this precious envelope is a note from my stylist, Ashby! She selected some fantastic red, white, and blue pieces for me along with some great summertime styling tips!
The other form is an invoice that has a detailed list of the brand, name, color, size, and price of each item she selected for me along with the grand total after the styling fee and 25% off ( if I opt to keep all five items) is applied. The savings would be $75 if I did decide to keep everything! That isn’t too shabby! That would be like getting the London Times dress for free!
Minnesota Cold Shoulder Dress by London Times, Size 20 — Retail Value $75
I sometimes get exhausted by the ruffles and cold shoulders trends, but I sense I will never tire of this dress. Both trends are done perfectly on this piece; they create this dreamy vintage style piece I can’t get enough of! I am a sucker for the red and pink color combo, but the contrast of the blue and white in this dress adds an extra pop. This dress’s fabric is lightweight with limited stretch. It is a comfortable piece to wear; you can just slip it on and go! I also love that the straps on this cover my bra well enough that I don’t have to wear a strapless bra! Thank, goodness! This dress is perfect for every summer party and walk along the beach you are invited to go on! I styled this gorgeous dress with my favorite jellies, a bracelet from my March CHC Vintage accessories box, the Bexley clutch also selected for me by Ashby this month, and white sunglasses for an ideal sunny day look.
Gloria Short Sleeve Button Down Shirt by Molly&Isadora, Size 2x — Retail Value $59
My fellow big busted girls know that the struggle is real when it comes to finding button down tops that fit without gaping. This Molly&Isadora top fits like a DREAM! My buttons aren’t ready to pop up on this blouse and it doesn’t fit extremely boxy like some other tops do. The fabric has just enough stretch and is incredibly comfortable to wear. Red is one of my favorite colors and striped anything, so this top is a huge win! What makes it stand out are the gorgeous embroidered poppy flowers on this shirt. This piece is classic yet modern! Wear this with white jeans, Bad Sandy heels, and bamboo bangles from my June Pinup in a Pack box for an easy, breezy, ensemble that will look great for a Sunday brunch or add a black blazer to the outfit for a day at the office!
Stagg Mid-Rise Ankle Skinny Jean in White by Rebel Wilson X Angles, Size 22 - Retail Value $79
Okay guys, I know, you are thinking, “White jeans?! Really?” I know not wearing white is some cardinal rule in fashion for plus sized women, but guess what? Rules should always be broken, especially arbitrary fashion rules that hinder you from expressing yourself. Toss those bogus rules aside and be playful and experimental in your fashion choices; have some fun! Plus, I strongly feel that all women, at all sizes and ages, should wear what makes them feel gorgeous! I tend to wear darker rinse jeans myself, but once I got these pups on--- I was sold! The cut is fantastic; these jeans’ rise is just right! I absolutely love the skinny leg as well. My only concern wearing these is that I am an extremely messy girl, so I will definitely drop or spill something in these! Alas, I will take my chances: these jeans are worth living on the edge! I paired the pants with the Molly&Isadora top, which I tied to show more definition and my cute belly! These pants would look great with a vintage band shirt and dark denim jacket or with a polka dot cropped top and wedges for extra sass!
Laurel Twill Cargo Skort in Navy by Prescott New York, Size 22 — Retail Value $52
Okay, so initially, I was unsure if I liked this skirt due to the drawstring detail. I am glad I tried this on because my first impression changed completely! I don’t know about you guys, but my thighs are best friends. They love to touch each other all the time and as a result, I get some mean cases of chub rub. I have found solutions like Chafezone’s Chub Rub stick, but the best thing generally is wearing shorts for comfort. Imagine the happy surprise I got when I realized this piece is not a skirt… IT IS A SKORT! That is a game changer! In addition, this skort is absolutely adorable! This piece is incredibly flattering on as well. Knowing that I can wear this without discomfort or fear I will flash someone is also a huge plus. I know I will get a ton of wear from it this summer! I paired this navy skirt with the Molly&Isadora shirt, red Doc Martens, and a pair of red heart-shaped sunglasses for the perfect picnic ensemble. I am ready in this outfit for any summer party that comes my way! Bring on the hot dogs and potato salad, please!
Bexley Clutch — Retail Value $35
Finally, we have the denim Bexley Clutch. This deep indigo denim clutch ties in the entire box of outfits together perfectly! The white embroidered design on the flap has a great vintage, bohemian quality. This piece is able to be used as a handheld clutch or shoulder bag due to the removable chain strap. This bag is rather versatile and a great addition to one’s purse collection!
Verdict: This month’s selections were fantastic! I was skeptical about some of the pieces, but once I tried them on I realized how dreamy and perfect they were for me! The two happiest surprises were the Rebel Wilson Skinny Jeans in White and the Prescott New York Skort; I was not expecting to fall in love with these pieces. The London Times maxi dress and Molly&Isadora striped button down with adorable poppy embroidery are my far and away favorites. I love that Ashby was able to ascertain my style aesthetic from my feedback and Pinterest, but also managed to find items I would have never selected for myself that I absolutely love! I can’t recommend enough how crucial it is to provide feedback with subscription boxes - you just might get a dream box if you do! I also appreciate that Dia & Co strives to promote body positivity in their campaigns. Last summer, they encouraged their subscribers to wear pieces that show off their arms unabashedly with the hashtag #diaarmy. This year they are rebooting this movement, but not only promoting showing off your arms, but legs, belly, back, or whatever part of your body you may have been anxious to in the past. I am here to raise other women up and I love that Dia & Co also believe in sending that message to their subscribers! It makes me happy to be a customer of theirs!
