Enchantment Box “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” June 2018 Review
Here is the info sheet on the items in the box, along with coupons for the brands included.
Collisionware Mini Oven Mitt - Retail Value $10
I can always use more oven mitts (before this one I only had three), and I love the delightful design on this one! Since this is on the smaller side it will work great on taking lids off hot pans or putting a pan in the oven while still protecting me from burns.
Paisley Mermaid Lagoon Bath Bomb - Retail Value $5
I was excited for how pretty the colors on this bath bomb were, and I loved white rabbit in the center! This had a light citrus scent that reminded me of a nice cup of tea. My only complaint would be that when this dissolved in my bath water, the color that was created left something to be desired. It was a bit of a brown that isn’t a normal bath bomb color, but it wasn’t the end of the world.
Cheshire Cat Key Cover - Retail Value $6.99, Listed Value $8.39
I was happy to see this vibrant key cover in this box, and it was an extra bonus to be an officially licensed item too. This is made of a thick rubber, so it should hold up to the use and abuse that my keys take on a regular basis.
Whiskey Diamond Candle Co Golden Afternoon Candle - Estimated Value $8
I have seen this candle company in previous boxes, and I love how creative they are! This candle has glitter and a wax candle on top of the regular candle that looked really neat when it was melted down. The exclusive Golden Afternoon scent was fresh and clean, though I do wish the scent throw was a bit stronger.
Twisted Wonderland Perfumery Perfume Sample Set - Listed Value $8.40 (buy a set of 5 mini vials for $14)
This perfume set has three mini 1 ml vials of perfume in White Rabbit, Absolutely Alice, and Red Queen’s Garden. The mini vials remind me of the potions that Alice drinks in the movie, which I thought was neat. These scents are all a bit unique compared to your standard scents—I think my favorite is White Rabbit, which has scents of fresh green grass, wildly grown strawberries, and leather. My go-to perfume is Nest Black Tulip, but I love that these small vials make it super easy to have a perfume on the go. Trying the three different scents was a fun way to experience Alice in Wonderland in a way I haven’t done so before, so props to the Enchantment Box for the curation!
Classic Coloring Coloring Book - Retail Value $12.95 (found here for $9.27)
I love this coloring book! When I first saw it I thought that it would have too much shading to be able to color well, but I have been coloring using accents of color rather than all over, and I am really happy with the end result. I love that this coloring book lays flat and the back side of each page has a description of whats going on.
Alice Necklace – Listed Value $12
This enamel charm on a gold chain is quite lovely for the summertime, as the blue and gold really pops against my normal black attire. This is an exclusive necklace for the Enchantment Box, but I do think the listed value matches up well for the quality you receive.
Hi SocieTEA in Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, 12 tea bags - Listed Value $18
This green tea blend made for a delightful and relaxing cup of tea, which is perfect considering the theme of the box! The tea had floral and fruity notes, and I thought it tasted best with a sugar cube. I am happy this tea comes in a resealable bag for maximum freshness.
The Verdict: I still stand by my statement last month that this continues to be one of the best-curated boxes on the market. Everything in the box fits the theme perfectly without anything feeling like a filler item. I continue to be enchanted with the Enchantment Box, and I can’t wait to see what the July box will bring (The July Theme is Moon Goddess, and one of the spoilers for the box includes one of the most beautiful soaps I have ever seen!). Value-wise, I calculated a total value of $81.34, which meets their promise of having at least $75 in value in the box.
To Wrap Up:
Can you get this box if you still sign up today? I believe you will start with the August box, but if you really want this box I recommend reaching out and seeing if any boxes are left!
