Graze is a mini-snack subscription box that sends a customized selection of treats weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Graze offers over 100 different snacks that you can rate online, which, over time, helps tailor your subscription to your particular snacking preferences. Some subscribers spend time choosing preferences, noting which options they want to try, think they would like, or "trash" and prefer not to receive. Each Graze box may look completely different!
For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to "trash" snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.
Boxes are shipped via USPS and are conveniently designed to fit in most standard mailboxes.
My Subscription Addiction paid for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

Graze July 2018 Review
Graze has sent a $30.00 coupon code for Greenblender.com. How nice!
They always also include a pamphlet that has info on the ingredients they use and little tearaway coupons to give your friends to get their first and fifth boxes free when they sign up.
The back has nutritional info for everything included in your box.
Lightly Salted Popping Corn - Buy a pack of 6 for $8.99
Graze does a really good simple popcorn with palm oil that is just salty enough without making you crawl across the room for a glass of water. This pops a huge bowlful that you can share with your pals on movie night. I like the idea of having just one packet around instead of a whole box so that I don't gorge myself on popcorn... because I would.
Sweet and Spicy Beet Crunch - Buy a pack of 6 for $8.99
Hmmm- I don't hate this one, but I don't love it either. Beets are a bit earthy-tasting for my likes, but these dried ones have some spicy seasoning on them that make them a bit more palatable. This is probably great for a beet lover, but I'll pass on future packs like this.
Honeycomb Flapjack - Buy a pack of 6 for $8.99
Oh yissss- this is one of my favorites! There are three chunky sticks of pressed oats with honey and a drizzle of chocolate on top. These are perfect for a snack mid-morning while you wait for it to be a normal time to eat lunch. They're dense yet soft and have a wonderful ratio of sweetness to goodness.
Cocoa & Vanilla Protein Flapjack - Buy a pack of 6 for $8.99
These are similar to the honeycomb version but have cocoa and some vanilla in them so they don't taste as sweet to me as the honey but contain 8 grams of protein. There are also flax and sunflower seeds hiding in there as well to make them even healthier. Very yum.
Raspberry & Coconut Muffin - Buy a pack of 6 for $8.99
This is named aptly because it truly does taste like a deconstructed muffin. I love anything with slivers of coconut in it, and the raspberries bring a great tart sweetness to it. Almond slivers and amaretti drops round out this mix to make it a sweet snack when you're in the mood.
Super Kale & Edamame - Buy a pack of 6 for $8.99
These are my speed, these are my speed right here. I love savory snacks more than the sweet ones and the mix of edamame and kale makes me feel so healthy! There are chia seeds, cashew butter, and a hint of lime in here that bring a really interesting flavor. Something is a bit on the sour side which is weird but I like it. Two thumbs up.
Sweet Mustard Ranch - Buy a pack of 6 for $8.99
The words "sweet mustard" don't grab me, but then you say "ranch" and my ears perk up. This a wonderful savory mix of pretzels, sour cream & onion cashews, and mustard breadsticks. Kind of the champion of a savory mix in my eyes. There are even poppyseeds on those lil pretzies. Sooo good.
Sweet Rhubarb Jam - Buy a pack of 6 for $8.99
This here dried fruit mix is another favorite of mine, mainly because I love rhubarb. Apples and cranberries join the star of the show to make a sweet yet tart mixture of tastiness for my mouth. This one's in the top 3 and only has 100 calories in the pack.
Verdict: Graze 8-snack variety pack is a great way to get a sampling of healthy snacks with an emphasis on portion control. There were only maybe 2 types this month that I didn't love but a handful that I'm totally in love with. For $13.99, Graze sent eight yummy snacks that break down to $1.75 each.
