Is anyone having trouble logging on to edit their box? I’ve tried several times in the last few days and keep getting a “Bad Gateway” error. Tomorrow is the deadline…

Apparently I missed the cut-off date by signing up on the 19th. Will my first box be a random one and my second next month be the one I can pick? Or will my first box be next months when I can pick?

I may need to write them to wait to send my first box next month if it’s the first case since I do not want a random box.

It does say to come back next month to view my “first monthly box” so hopefully that means next month when I can pick is the first one!

I was excited about the under-eye brightener but now that I’ve examined them a bit closer there isn’t one I can use – but I might pick the cushion complexion light/warm one next month which seems like I can use it for nearly the same. I really need a very light/warm for concealer (I can use light/warm for foundation) but few places make it.

I’m excited though, I’ve been wanting to try Julep polishes! (I did get the Ivory oxygen treatment in the GMA box a while back – but it increased my nails peeling after a couple weeks and after a month they even started chipping weirdly so I gave up on it. It took several weeks for my nails to recover. I loved how it looked, though! I am assuming the polishes are a different formula.)

Does anyone remember – are the month’s new colors available during the secret sale that comes a week or so later?

I was planning to skip this month, but there’s one color that I need now! It would be great if I could get it in the secret sale, as it would save me buying a whole box, plus, you always get your secret sale items before you get your box.

I signed up yesterday and the site say’s “Welcome Maven! Since you signed up after the 18th, check back here between the 20th and 24th of next month to view your first monthly box.”

Will they have these color’s for next month?

Sorry, I had previously confirmed the cutoff dates with Julep, and they told me you had until the 19th to sign up. Sorry about that! But, yes, you should be able to pick from these colors and any past months next month. Hope that helps!

Okay thank you Liz! lol, I can wait til next month then. I am glad I won’t miss out on them. My friend signed up too lol. I wasn’t sure since this is the first time I subscribed to Julep. Thank you for all the review’s and sneak peeks. I look forward to the emails everyday to see what is new.
