Mighty Fix July 2018 Review
Each box includes an info card telling you about the featured item and how what they chose to send you helps your house be “greener,” and you be “healthier”! This month’s featured item is a Soap–Dispensing Dish Brush. The back of the card has three DIY natural remedies for smooth and soft hands.
Suds Up Brush – Soap-Dispensing Dish Brush – Retail Value $9.99
I relish the fact that I am receiving high-quality products that keep me environmentally friendly. This month I received a kitchen gadget a soap-dispensing dish brush; keep in mind that when you subscribe or if you're a subscriber you may not receive what I’m reviewing, every Mighty Fix differs. The brush head is removable and replaceable and made from Bonterra™ plant plastic and plant fiber bristles. The brush handle is sturdy and made from renewable bamboo and finished with natural oils. The dish brush tackled the stuck on food and stains on my dishes with ease, and the bristles are firm and sturdy.
Here’s a look at the brush head that’s removable and replaceable, purchase the replacement heads here. The dish brush can be stored upside down to dry bristles and not soak the bamboo handle. I can hand wash the brush head or store on the upper rack of the dishwasher to keep clean.
Here’s a look at the opening at the end of the bamboo handle where I pour liquid dish soap inside, and I secured the small circular lid back on the opening. The back of the dish brush there is a small soft button that when I push liquid soap dispenses out through the bristles. It’s best to avoid prolonged soaks with the handle or avoid it all together when washing dishes, plus it’s recommended to use natural cream or oil to keep the handle in pristine condition.
Verdict: Mighty Fix delivered a stellar product that I was in need of, and this gadget is a must-have in any kitchen. The bristles are sturdy and get rid of the toughest stuck on food stains, and the brush head is replaceable. This subscription doesn’t send the same item each month to everyone that subscribes, so keep in mind that if you choose to subscribe your item may be different from what I received. Also, readers have mentioned in previous reviews that they already received a product I was reviewing. The value may be low this month, but I receive more expensive quality items for $10.00 each month which is an incredible deal.
