mintMONGOOSE July 2018 Review
For my first month of mintMONGOOSE, I received a matching necklace and earrings and a cute ring. Let’s take a look!
But first, let’s look at the options for customization:
You can pick your preferred jewelry tone. I chose "Surprise me!"
Then you choose earrings or no earrings. My ears are pierced, so I chose "Earrings."
Next, you choose if you want watches to be included or not. I don’t really need any more watches, so I chose "No Watches."
A little thank you card with a reminder to post pics of your jewelry.
Pendant Necklace
This month, all of the pieces are silver toned including this long pendant necklace. The pendant has a teal acrylic triangle that is filled with holo flakies (like you’d use for nails). It’s lightweight and cute. I think it could look nice layered with other dainty silver necklaces.
Pendant Earrings
The earrings have the same pendant style and are long and swingy.

Silver Ring
My third piece this month is a simple, silver ring. I love rings like this! It’s comfortable and doesn’t snag anything. The pointed shape coordinates well with the necklace and earrings and would look cute stacked with other similar rings.
The Verdict: I’m pleased with my first month of mintMONGOOSE! I like the pieces, especially that they can be worn alone or stacked with other similar jewelry, and I think the quality is good for a $15.70 jewelry subscription ($12 a month plus $3.70 shipping). The style this month leans toward the youthful, playful end of the spectrum for me so I’m interested to see if that varies month-to-month.
