Now, on to the items!
Juice Beauty Green Apple Cleansing Bar - 1.2 oz Value $3
This soap has the signature green apple scent (which I love), but it's very subdued. It provided a nice lather, but I found that it did dry my skin out a bit.
Clove + Hallow Lip Glaze in Candied Hearts - FULL SIZE! Retail Value $15
This lip glaze provides a natural-looking amount of shine and color. It wasn't too sticky, and it wore down well. (It isn't long lasting, though.)
Here it is swatched:
Vert Mont Perfumery in Cyrena - 2 ml Retail Value $5
This scent is a blend of Gardenia & Magnolia Grandiflorum, Tonka Glazed Green Cacao, and a leathery Labdanum Amber. I'm not usually excited about perfume samples in beauty boxes, but this brand doesn't use synthetic fragrance (which is very rare in the perfume category), so I was excited to try this.
This fragrance wasn't for me, but I think I'll try some of their other scents. (This candle is calling my name!)
MUN Anarose Hydrating Rose Toner - 10 ml Value $1.50
This toner is designed to soothe and hydrate skin, and also gently exfoliate. It felt great on my skin, but just a heads up to apply this to a cotton swab and not directly spray on your face - the mist isn't fine enough for that!
Goldfaden MD Facial Detox Mask - 20 ml Value $26
Goldfaden MD is a great (and pricey) ingredient-conscious skincare line, so I was happy to see this in the box! (And it is a great sample size!)
The formula feels like a clay mask, and you only have to apply a thin layer and let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with water. It's designed to draw out bacteria and pore-clogging debris for clearer skin. It was gentle on my skin (I forgot I had it on), and my skin felt instantly cleaner and a little tighter after I removed it. I'm a fan!
Verdict: This box has a value of about $50.50 - I think that's great for a $18 beauty box! As always, I love the brands Petit Vour includes, and the sample sizes were good this month, too!
