World's Finest: The Collection - Superman Box Review

The Superman box was packed to the brink with a shirt, figure, messenger bag, and blanket!

It comes with an information card that details the items in your box. Everything you see in this box was made exclusively for World's Finest: The Collection!

Krypto Pin - Value $10?

Krypto gets a little recognition in the Superman box - in pin form! These are large enamel pins, too - perfect for your new tote bag coming later in the review.

Daily Planet Shirt - Value $15?

This month includes an exclusive Daily Planet t-shirt. Make sure to pop this on to remain undercover from all of these ordinary Earthlings. When needed, find the nearest phone booth and bust out your...

Superman Fleece Blanket - Value $20?

What's a Superman box without something to represent the classic cape!

This is a 55x40 fleece blanket made to look like that epic cape.

While it's on the thinner side, it's soft and warm. Use it to get cozy this fall...

Or use it to strike fear into the eyes of wrong-doers.

Superman Vinyl Figure – $15-20?

Every box comes with a new entry into Culturefly's DC figure collection. Of course, this month's character is Superman.

Superman is about 6.5 inches tall - and features a flying pose. The quality of these figures are really good - this month's paintwork doesn't seem as good as previous months, though.

Daily Planet Reporter Bag - Value $20-25?

One of the highlights of the box is this reporter bag - featuring both Superman and The Daily Planet.

The open flap even creates a little Superman cape look!

It's important to note this the bag is too small to carry any type of laptop - but will fit smaller iPads and notebooks.

It'll be good if you need to carry a bunch of smaller items - maybe to class or on a trip. It features a few outer pockets for quick access and the bigger inside zipper pocket.

Daily Planet Journal - Value $10-15?

Make sure to pack this new journal in your reporter bag!

It's a hardbound journal wit ha button clasp.

Pop it open to take notes on today's latest news stories.

Daily Planet Desk Organizer - Value $10-15?

The next item is a mini ceramic desk organizer in the shape of the classic Daily Planet logo.

It's actually two pieces. The main compartment has a little hole at the bottom - and I think you could use this as a planter because of that.

Mine didn't sit too well in the base. It's a cool idea, but I thought the planter didn't look as good as I've come to expect from Culturefly.

Press Pass Lanyard - Value $10?

The final item in the box is a Daily Planet press pass lanyard. Pop your picture in and use this for the next con!

It also features the quick detach, which can be useful.

Verdict: I have a blast unboxing and reviewing these items - Culturefly never ceases to impress me! Superman has never been my favorite in the DC Universe, but I did really light up when seeing the blanket and the little cape on the messenger bag - they do so well with the little touches!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yes! But, I'm also not sure how long this one will be available!

Great review. This wasn’t my favorite box from Worlds Finest but it was still a good box. They always have such a great curation.

I love this box but as a minor nitpick. I wish that the Daily Planet notebook was something like a book jacket with the notebook inside. If it was this then I could use the notebook for taking class notes or other journal entries without feeling that I couldn’t use the cover again. Now I’m unsure whether or not to use it since it’s been made as one piece

LOL…I think you many want to change the verdict – seems like you liked the box but you mention that it never ceases to disappoint you. I love looking at these fandom boxes; they are the most fun!
