Vero Dot Necklace - Listed Value $28.00

I don't typically wear long chain necklaces like this one unless they're pendants, but I really like the light, simple style of this gold chain. At 29" (including a 4" extender), it's long enough that I'm able to loop it around a second time and wear it as a choker, too!

Vero Dot Ring - Listed Value $18.00

The round golden dots on this ring remind me of moons! I like how shiny it is—it's just enough sparkle for me. Plus it's comfortable, given its understated shape and light weight.

Vero Dot Stud Earrings - Listed Value $16.00

Speaking of understated... These earrings don't make a big impact, but they'll be nice to have the next time I want something simple to finish my outfit. They have more of a matte finish (like the dots on the necklace), so they're modern and a bit industrial.

The Verdict: I liked the simplicity of these pieces, though I could see how these ultra-understated designs aren't everyone's cup of tea. This subscription has definitely started really leaning into their minimalist mission lately—I'm seeing more streamlined styles and fewer quirky charms. They also did away with their monthly bonus enamel pins, which I'm sad about! But I like how versatile these simple pieces are. They can feel cool and casual in one outfit or sophisticated in another.

I’m sorry but this stuff looks super cheap. I could get way better stuff at CVS for half the price.

I think this was the July box. Mine also came in a plain cheap padded envelope and the jewelry was placed outside of the Penny + Grace branded bag. It was really strange. I will never order from this sub again without spoilers. I wasn’t a fan of how the metals were different finishes. The necklace seemed cheap, but the ring was nice!

What is the metal on these? Just brass? Or gold/silver plated?

Kelly

Wow. Talk about inflated pricing. That is not a $28 necklace.

Hmm 🤔 mine didn’t come with pouch this time, just regular bubble envelope.
Hope this is not the new norm…

I didn’t get a pouch either. But I decided I was just glad to get the stuff. After the lack of spoilers and delay I was worried.

So weird! I’ve always gotten a pouch, but maybe they’re phasing them out? I certainly have enough of them from past boxes, but it does impact the unboxing experience a bit not to have it. Did your pieces still come in small drawstring bags?

Thanks so much for sharing your experience, everyone! It always raises an eyebrow when the packaging is inconsistent across subscribers…

Judi

Since I use the spoilers to see if I want to change the metal color, I contacted them to find out what happened. They told me that their photographer had an emergency so there wouldn’t be a spoiler, which I found odd. Between that, the delay, and the items not being in a pouch, I’m hoping that this was just an off month. I do really like this month’s pieces.

SMD

I opted out of earrings and received a bracelet that matched the necklace. It is now one of my favorite bracelets ever.

This is the July box but the article says August. Many of these pieces are so similar I wouldn’t feel like I was missing anything if I take 6 months off. I liked the cute and whimsical pieces. I love that I have a few rings for stacking now!

I noticed that too, Jacki!

I loved this necklace! Already wore at at least 3 times, different ways :). Opting out of next months glitter, but I love that P&G keeps it generally simple–there are enough subscriptions that just don’t.
