Just a warning to potential subscribers—
Do not count on getting the exact spoilers. The first month I subscribed I got similar colors but no exact same bracelets. The second month (July I think) I got nothing even remotely similar in color or design . I got 3 unrelated peachy pink boring ones. I wasn’t the only one this happened to if you look up comments on here for the July review. I was very disappointed and kind of angry so I canceled and demanded a refund on that last month.
HOWEVER—-I reached out to their customer service and they went above and beyond to make it up to me, even though I still wanted to cancel. They said they ran out of inventory. My opinion is that they should’ve reached out to subscribers to ask if they wanted the subs they picked out or would prefer a refund. Instead they just sent the poor substitutes without any acknowledgement or apology. To make up for this error, I was able to choose replacements (up to $51 total value) plus keep the substitutes they’d already sent for the month. Now that is good customer service!
I just wanted to warn people that seeing the spoilers in no way guarantees what you’ll receive, no matter when you subscribe. That might’ve been the reason for the first mistake, but not for the second when I was already a current customer. Like I said, I was VERY impressed with their customer service, I believe in the company’s mission and I enjoy their products. I will continue to shop with them but won’t be resubscribing to the monthly club.

These are really cute, but they seem more like early-mid summer vs late summer. I was hoping for something a little more transitional this month.

I’m surprised there are 2 charms this month. Awhile back they posted a pic on social media and said 3 of the 5 or 6 bracelets were going to be for this month but I didn’t expect both the charm ones. It’s kind of eerie though because one of my friends has 3 parrots (plus a foster) and loves pineapples…and her birthday is this month. So this pack might turn into a gift. Haha. I am kind of bummed that they don’t seem to be providing spoilers before the billing date so you can choose whether to skip a month anymore…that was one of the perks I saw with this sub.

You can skip the month in advance and then if you like the spoiler you shoot them an email to send it to you even though you’ve skipped and they will happily oblige. It’s a pain, I know but at least you won’t get anything you don’t like before billing.
