So I’ll get July in September, but then they’ll wait four weeks to send September? So even though I don’t prepay, I’m always going to be a month behind. I’ll get September in October, but I paid for it in August. I don’t like having to pay two months in advance.
Do they ever plan on catching up? I don’t mind being overwhelmed.

Seriously? An ‘i’m sorry, stick around to see if we improve’ and they brush their hands of it? Plus their values suck to begin with. Ridiculous. Better customer service with other boxes that don’t cost so much to begin with.

This is what they’ve promised every time they’ve made a big misstep and it hasn’t panned out yet.

Looks like this one might be closing soon too.

I really like Robb Vices. I wouldn’t mind if they went quarterly if they needed to. Ive always been surprised theyve managed to consistently put out fun and unusual monthly boxes. They’ve improved their gift card/coupon game which is good. I think they were a little naive when it came to blanket codes.
I dont know if I would subscribe at the current price but it’s hard to give up at what Im paying now. It’s so different from anything else and it’s one my husband enjoys.
I feel like they’ve been pretty open about the shipping delays and when it does show up, Im sure we will enjoy our Daquiris. 🙂

It’s always an unexpected shipping debacle, isn’t it?

I received my Spanish Gin and Tonic box last week. Heads up- disappointing. I’ve been in contact with their CS and discussed the rather low retail value, around $72 at best. Good backstory on the gin but could have included something else. They were receptive to my suggestions but not much else could be done at this time.
As a founding member, the discount I get does not even seem to make the recent values worth it. Hope the Daiquiri box hits it out of the park.

To clarify they are shipping the July box in September? That is some awful service. I am so glad that I never signed up for this. The art debacle was a HUGE red flag for me (and especially the response from RV and the owner of the art company which I thought were particularly awful).
I hope those that get this box love their box!
