Third & Main is a monthly subscription box full of home boutique finds. You can expect decor items, kitchen items, etc.

This box was sent to us at no cost for review. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

The Subscription Box: Third & Main

The Cost: $54.95/box (available monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly) plus $10 flat rate shipping for most of the continental US. $15 to California.

The Products: Third & Main is a subscription box that brings the charm of small-town main street boutiques to your door. Each carefully curated box will include home and self-care items from “mission-minded” vendors right here in the US. Third & Main also includes information on the vendors, so you can keep supporting the small businesses you love.  According to their site, each box contains 4-6 full-size items with a total value anywhere between $85-$110!

Ships to: U.S. only

The box includes cards highlighting the month's selections and the vendors/makers behind each item. The cards are bound together into a booklet. This month's theme is "Totaltea Obsessed."

Now, on to the items!

Rustic Tabletop Mug Rack - Value Listed $39.95

This metal mug rack has a rustic finish and wooden handle:

It measures about 16 inches tall, and it can also be used for fruit storage (Third and Main recommends hanging bananas and filling the base with apples), or for a jewelry display!

Coffee & Tea Canisters - Value Listed $29.99

These canisters are stainless steel with a copper finish and bamboo lids.

They measure 5.5 inches tall, and 4.5 inches across.

Time to build our coffee display!

Next up, mugs!

Yours & Mine Dimpled Mugs - Value Listed $18.99

These ceramic mugs have a good weight to them!

The only bummer for me is that they are hand wash only!

Now the set is complete!

Marc Sievers Earl Grey Herbes De Provence Loose Leave Decaffeinated Tea - Listed Value $8.95

This tea is a blend of the standard Earl Grey with the savory flavors of thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano, etc.

To be honest, I'm used to straight up sweet teas, so this flavor combination wasn't my favorite.

The tea also came with reusable Muslin Tea Bags (Value Listed $2.50):

Verdict: This box has a total retail value of around $100.38. That's pretty fair, given the $54.95 price for the box (plus $10 shipping to most of the US). I think this box is well-curated, and they do a great job matching a theme. It's also pretty impressive for a home box to keep sending new types of items every month!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yes! You can buy this box as a one-time purchase. If you sign up for a subscription, your first box will be the October box.

Earl Gray tea doesn’t have oregano and basil and those other spices in it. Yuck! I’d use that “tea” for brining a chicken.

I really love this! Did the lids to the canisters fit snugly?
