YogaClub is a monthly or seasonal yoga fitness subscription box that delivers high-quality yoga gear to fit your preferences and needs.
When you sign up, you'll enter your sizes and what sort of styles you like, love, and dislike. (Full-length bottoms or shorts? T-shirt style tops or bra tops? Bold patterns or solid colors?) Then, the stylists at YogaClub will select items to send straight to your door. You'll receive products from brands like Teeki, Manduka, Cozy Orange, Onzie, Steve Madden, Splendid, and more for up to 60% off, according to YogaClub's site.
Recently, YogaClub changed its options from several levels of monthly subscriptions to a monthly or a seasonal (every 3 months subscription). This is a review of the Monthly Guru Box, which is $79.00 per box.
Did you know that Yoga Club has a charitable aspect to it? For every box, the company donates a yoga class to a child in need!
My Subscription Addiction paid for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

YogaClub Guru Subscription September 2018 Review
Inside the box, there was a coupon for 2 weeks of free unlimited online Bulldog Yoga classes. This same coupon came in last month's box!
Visakai Everyday Tank in Gray, Size Medium - Retail Value $58.00
This tank is pretty basic, but it's awfully comfortable. The material is 50% cotton and 50% modal, so it's really lightweight, breezy, and soft. It's a little oversized, too, so it's nice for throwing over a sweaty sports bra. It's so simple that I could see wearing it day to day, too.
Satva Living Ashi Short in Black, Size Large - Listed Value $48.00
It sounds weird, but I reeeeally dislike athletic shorts. Unless I'm in a ridiculously hot Bikram class, I rarely if ever wear them. I way prefer to wear lightweight, full-length leggings and just down on warmth by just wearing a sturdy sports bra. I think it's because, thanks to my curvy hips and butt, fitted shorts always tend to ride up or slide down or scrunch themselves around in a way that I just don't love. I'm pretty sure that I noted that in my original style quiz preferences, but I also know that it's been a while since I checked in on that/updated it. I'll find a reason to use these shorts (which aren't listed on the Satva Living site, though there is a price listed on the tag), but I kind of wish they were a cute pair of leggings or sweatpants instead. The shorts have a nice high waist and a ruched detail on the sides. (In the photo it looks like the shorts are inside out, but I promise that's the ruched detail from the outside!) The fabric is a thick 90% recycled polyester and 10% Lycra blend. I like that the fabric uses recycled materials—I just wish they weren't shorts!
Glyder Moxie Sleeveless Tank, Size Medium
This look isn't listed on Glyder's site anywhere, nor does it have a price on the tag. It's pretty comfy, and even has a fitted waistline thanks to a bit of elastic around the back. The material is 66% polyester, 27% rayon, and 7% spandex and has a super absorbent quality to it. Overall, super comfy, but being that we're in September now, I would've loved it to have some sleeves!
The Verdict: My overall vibe with this YogaClub box was that it didn't feel quite right for a fall box. Shorts? Not only are they not quite my style, they're also not super in tune with the season. That said, most yoga classes I go to are indoors, so I could wear them to class and then change into something warmer before heading out to my car. But being that I've received mostly full-length (or at least cropped) leggings all summer made this styling choice stick out a little more. That said, everything fit comfortably, which is important to me, and the dark hues are versatile. The styling just wasn't my fave this month.
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Everyone's box is curated to fit their specific style, needs, and size, so what I got in my box this month might be different than what you get. But that also means you might get something that you love even more! Get started here.

Value Breakdown: This box after shipping costs $83.95, meaning the average cost for each item is $27.98. While I couldn't find the value for the third item, I can say that the total retail value of what I could find individual values for is $106.00. That's well over the price of the box, though I will say the retail values are premium prices—if you're not used to paying $58.00 for a relatively basic tank top, then you might not see as much value there.
