Just opened my benevolent and I have to say that I am pretty disappointed and makes me feel better my decision to cancel. I received probably the ugliest puke green shade of nail polish, a mask (which I have to say I too have gotten so many masks that I could probably use a different one every day of the month and still have some left over) the bronzer which I will not use, and a colored lip gloss that didn’t really impress me too much. So definitely a miss all the way around.

I received my box yesterday. Tried the nail polish.. love the color and how it stays. Perfect for October or anytime with a beautiful red like that. The lip gloss I haven’t tried yet, though it looks interesting for what it promises to help. I won’t use a bronzer, so not sure what to do with it. The mask is interesting as I haven’t used a rubber mask before (or what seems to be rubberized?), so it’s on my face as I’m typing this. Not a knockout month, but was able to use most products… may try the gloss today! 🙂 The nice thing about Benevolent Beauty is that you can easily skip months, so I don’t normally get non-indie beauty boxes monthly now (I’m too overwhelmed with products at the moment), but this one had at least a few products I can use, so it’s still a bit of a win, though the bronzer (from any brand, that is) will never get usage from me (I’m as pale as a ghost).

So tired of masks everywhere. I rarely use them and end up donating them.

I love Rosewater, and cellulose masks. Sounds like a winner.
