Bolzano Purse and Accessories Of The Month Club Review – Fall/Winter Preview

Be careful!!! I did not like my second purse. According to their website, “customer satisfaction” is their highest priority. I requested a new purse and after several weeks of no answer I requested they cancel my subscription. I sent at least 6 emails, instant messages on their website and Contact us page.
After threatening them with filing a complaint with the attorney general’s office, someone responded back. I stated that they had no authorization to process a charge as I had cancelled. They sent me one prepaid return label and stated my account was cancelled.
Guess what…I was charged again today. Good luck cancelling.

I just signed up with the black friday deal. My first purse arrived in record time. I got the same bag as pictured only in a beautiful navy blue. It also came with a scarf and a cute bracelet that is black not purple. The scarf is beautiful, feels luxurious and unlike this purple version it is done with a Parisian theme that feels timeless. Very classy ensemble. I love this subscription so far and can not wait for this months pick.

I have been very disappointed– my first bag was a big FLAT faux croc with off-white lining and was damaged by poor packing– there are handle imprints on both sides of the bag. That was 8/28. I had emailed them and they said to mark my wish list, but never mentioned or offered to replace the damaged bag. I signed up for the by 3 months get 4 bag + accessories and have yet to receive another bag. website does not show any shipping or tracking… There was no paperwork, return label or hello/thank you etc. Has this happened to anyone else?

When I unpacked this purse my first idea was that the pack may not be my correct style. I was agreeably amazed when I began to look all starry eyed at the pack! Since I have unpacked this tote by Bolzano, I have worn it consistently to work! It is formally my present work bag.

Any update on when this purse will be available? I emailed them and they haven’t replied to me. I really want this bag.

I will say they have very fast email response. I cancelled a few months ago and emailed them today about resubscribing. Unfortunately they can’t give me the $20 a month again, but they offered a GWP which I appreciate.

I love that purse! I’ve been a subscriber to this for several months and have only been slightly disappointed once when they sent a slightly too big black bag. Even that one was great quality; just not my personal style. I was fortunate enough to sign up pretty early and so only pay $19.99 a month — for a real leather bag!!!

I too am curious about the size and if it’s real leather.

I had this sub for three months. I told them I like big bags on my survey. The first bag was so small I couldn’t even put my wallet in it. There was a note with it saying they read my comment on liking big bags.
And that this bag looks small but it holds a lot. It was tiny. I carried it once to the movies with my phone and a pack of gum in it. That’s really about all that would fit.

I thought I would give them one more month. The next bag was the same style as the little bag, just bigger. I didn’t like it. Never used it.

So I emailed them to cancel. They said no problem it would be canceled. They did not cancel my sub. When I got the email they charged me for the next month I emailed them again. On the same email so they could see I asked before. I told them I wanted a refund. Nothing, no response.

Then they shipped my bag. Actually this is the first bag I liked. It was not leather. It was made of a nylon material. So I emailed again. This time they answered. “I’m so sorry, your sub will be canceled immediately. “

Hopefully This wasn’t to confusing, I felt like I needed to warn people about their customer service. I was beginning to think I was going to have to call my credit card. They need to make it so you cancel yourself on your account page.

What’s the purse made of ?

This will be my fifth month with this sub and so far I’m happy with it. One home run, one pretty good, one I gifted to my Mom in law and the other I swapped for something I really wanted. I’m going to try to remember to email them and tell them I love that bag and would like that as my bag this month if possible.

BUT could you maybe model the bag so we cna see the actual size on a person? There are no measurements above and while I love the bag biog or small it would be super helpful for others I’d bet. I know not everyone likes to model stuff and put their pics online but to be fair that’s really the only way to tell the size….. maybe a friend wouldn’t mind holding it?

I LOVE that purse…deep purple is my favorite color! The color is exactly what I want and am currently looking for!! This review and more specifically that purse is tempting me to subscribe!!
