Menlo Club is a monthly men’s clothing subscription service. You take a brief survey when you sign up (sizes and style preferences), and then each month they send you on average 2-3 new clothing pieces or accessories. For reference, my style profile is “Casual”.

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

September 2018 Menlo Club Review

Menlo Club September 2018 - Poly Bag Open With Cloth Top

This month included a pocket tee and a Fall/Winter hybrid jacket.

Arlington Tee

My first item was a pocket t-shirt. It's made from a soft jersey fabric - and is overall pretty loose fitting and breathable. It was my favorite fitting shirt in the world - but it's more of the type of shirt that I'd lounge around the house in.

Burnaby Jacket

This jacket is a bit of a "Members Only" style jacket - but its exterior is made of a crinkly Nylon material that I just wasn't liking. It's thicker than I'd like for a Fall jacket, and not thick enough for  Winter jacket - so there's probably a smaller window when I'd wear this one. Overall, I wasn't thrilled with the fit or material, though.

Verdict: I like receiving a jacket from time to time - but this jacket just didn't hit my taste at all. Menlo Club has been pretty awesome since the rebranding, but this month was a surprise miss for me.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? All Menlo Club deliveries are based on your profile, so you're not guaranteed to get the same delivery as me.
