Mighty Fix October 2018 Review
Each box includes an info card telling you about the featured item and how what they chose to send you helps your house be “greener,” and you be “healthier”! This month’s featured item is a jar of handcrafted balm. The back of the card has three daily exercises for my hands and wrists.
All Good Goop, 2oz – Retail Value $13.99
The weather is getting cooler, and my skin tends to get drier around this time of year, so this handcrafted balm was timely. I applied a generous amount on my dry hands, a little goes a long way. The balm also tackled my dry, cracked heels it was like magic, and my heels are always a hard area and finding a cream that’s effective is rare. This products works and doesn’t disappoint. The balm has organic ingredients with essentials oils, such as lavender oil, extra virgin olive fruit oil, vitamin E and calendula which has healing properties that intend to assist with psoriasis, eczema, diaper rash, and acne. This all-purpose balm is best for my dry, chapped lips, scars, insect bites, sunburns, blisters, and so much more. The balm is lightly scented.
Verdict: This month’s Mighty Fix was useful with the seasons changing and my skin getting drier making this balm is the perfect product for October's Mighty Fix. I love how the balm tackled my dry hands and cracked heels and left them hydrated and moisturized. This subscription doesn’t send the same item each month to everyone that subscribes, so keep in mind that if you choose to subscribe your item may be different from what I received. Also, readers have mentioned in previous reviews that they already received a product I was reviewing. The $13.99 is a few dollars above the cost of the subscription, but I receive quality products for $10.00 each month, which is an incredible deal.
