The Subscription Box: Miss Tutii TutiiBag
The Cost: $16.95/month + free US shipping. Save with 6 and 12-month prepaid subscriptions.
Good to know: Charges for TutiiBag recently started coming from Ontario, so you may also get a foreign transaction fee (mine is 40 cents but that depends on the bank) if you are in the US. For what it’s worth, though new subscriptions cost $16.95, I’ve been a subscriber for a while and am still getting charged $15 per month.

Miss Tutii Tutiibag September 2018 Review
You usually get a pretty good mix of different skincare items and tools and sometimes a makeup item with this subscription. One sheet mask is also typically included. Please note, this is the September shipment. One item was delayed in customs and I did not receive this until late October.
The bag came with this information card. It didn’t actually have any product details although I didn’t need them this month.
The Face Shop Trendy Nails (color PP409) – Estimated Value $1.83 (find other colors here for $1.47)
You do occasionally receive a nail polish in this subscription but it’s been awhile. This is a lovely dark purple (one of those shades that just doesn’t photograph well at all) that is perfect for this time of year. What you see on the swatch is the result of two coats, and I think it’s nicely opaque.
Jigott Cat’s Eye Liquid Eye Liner - Retail Value $6.97 (found here for $2.18)
I’m horrible at doing cats’ eyes but I do like the staying power of liquid eyeliner. The swatch I did (see below) lasted through a long, sweaty exercise session. This did not irritate my eyes (they are sensitive) and it wasn’t too hard to get off. I do like to replace eyeliners every now and then for sanitary reasons.
Here is a swatch of the eyeliner along with several kitties in the background.
The Face Shop O-Carrot Body Lotion
I spent a rather long time looking for this online and kept coming up empty-handed. That’s too bad because I love the scent of this (orange, with a hint of floral) and would definitely consider buying more. It’s also pretty moisturizing.
RiRe Premium Goat Milk Mask Pack – Retail Value $3.90 (found here for $3.51)
This one had a thicker, white serum and was a white sheet mask that fit my face pretty well. Despite the moisture level, it wasn’t terribly drippy, but it did hydrate my skin. This is high in minerals (especially selenium) and includes compounds that help minimize the appearance of fine lines.
A’Pieu Chi Ka Po Ka Tooth Brushing Mask – Retail Value $3
Times like these are when I wish there was a regular information card. I had to hunt to find this. But it turns out, it is designed as a half mask so you can save time while taking care of other things (like brushing your teeth?). There was so much serum in this one that I rubbed plenty into my chin after I was done. This one would be especially good going into the winter months as it really helped the dry parts of my skin (I get the “oily/acne” combo and that is appropriate for large parts of the year for me so I stick with it). The black is supposed to help pull dirt from your pores, but I forgot to check to see the before and after images of whether this is true. I will say, charcoal has worked to clear my pores in the past.
Verdict: I wasn’t able to calculate a value for the September TutiiBag since one item was not available for sale online and the others come from all sorts of retailers (i.e., US-based, Asian-based, etc.). But there were five items, which leads to an average cost per item of about $3.39. I was especially a fan of the lotion (just love that scent) but the nail polish color was also right up my alley!
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, your first shipment would be November's. Also, please note that this is the “oily/acne” combo (selected at sign-up) and if you choose a different skin type, some of your items may vary.
Value Breakdown: This box costs $16.95 + free shipping, which means that each of the 5 items in the box has an average cost of $3.39.
What did you think of the September 2018 TutiiBag? Do you get any K-Beauty or Asian Beauty subscriptions?
