CosmoBox November 2018 Spoiler Hints + Coupon

I cancelled this box a month ago and was now just charged for November. When I sign into my account there is nowhere for me to contact them. Do you have a way to contact them? Thanks

On top of that they went up in price to 30 plus 6 for shipping. Sadly it wasn’t even worth the 20 plus 6 shipping last time I knew. This truely could of been such great boxx and most everyone thought so too because it’s supposed to be Cosmo. They did send alot of sex books and lube when just didn’t fit plus all kinds of items with their name on them…They were always lats too. Wish them the best though…

If I was subscriber before it went on hiatus as a month to month and still showing as active, am I to assume I will start receiving the boxes again starting this November?

Some of the Cosmo jewelry is actually pretty nice. But most of the pieces have a bit too much going on for my minimalist style. If we were able to select a piece I might consider it. But only if I knew which eyeshadow palette it will be.

Not taking a chance on them again after the fiasco where they curated an amazing box in May to get people to sign up – then sent out a low value sex-themed one right after and continued to charge people who had cancelled before that month began. Fortunately I’d paid through Paypal so was able to send in screen shots of my cancellation and account to prove I’d cancelled in May, so Paypal refunded me. (Cosmo didn’t even bother to dispute with Paypal, though they sent me lots of rude emails telling me I just wasn’t “allowed” to cancel unless it was between *receiving* my box and the start of the next month – impossible since they always shipped late after the next month had started!)

So even if the spoilers are good, I’m not taking a chance on them anytime soon. And if I ever do sign up again if they fix their CS, I’ll definitely be going through Paypal’s purchase protection just in case.

I’m thinking Huda or Jeffree Star Alien. They featured both recently in Cosmo.

I am very leery after my experience with this box the last time around, when they never sent anything and didn’t even communicate that they wouldn’t. I was just appalled by their unprofessionalism.

I’ll give it a few months to see how the subscription is actually going, and whether the subscribers are happy (and what the item curations are), before I maybe give them another chance.

I’m trying to do this but the spot to click to apply the discount code isn’t working. If Cosmobox is reading this, or if you have a contact there, Liz, can someone get this fixed? I’m in if I can do the discount (which cancels out the shipping fee!).
