Luxe Catch is a monthly themed women’s surprise fashion box with a mix of clothing, accessories, jewelry, handbags/small leather goods, beauty, and footwear. Some brands you might expect to see are Ralph Lauren, Kate Spade, Coach, YSL, True Religion, Elie Tahari, Tory Burch, and more (basically any popular designer sold in major department stores today, can be featured in your future catch).
Luxe Catch just redesigned their packaging. It looks great! These boxes are the perfect way to store out of season items in a cute and safe way.
Luxe Catch offers two different levels of subscription: Bargain Box for $50 per month (valued at up to $200) and Posh Box for $250 a month (valued at up to $1000). The Posh Box includes more items and guarantees contemporary brands or higher.
This is the review of the Luxe Catch Posh Box.
When you sign up, you fill out an extensive style profile. You give them an idea of stores you like to shop at, your favorite brands, and your least favorite brands. Then you choose your style from a selection of style boards and your favorite types of clothing. Lastly, you fill out a size profile. Here you can see the style board I choose, “The Dramatic.”

Luxe Catch Posh Box “Leather Weather” November 2018 Review
November's theme is “Leather Weather” and is all about jackets. Orders for this box were October 1-31 (shipped in November). I received this image in the theme spoiler email. Luxe Catch asks for your preference, so I sent them a yes/no breakdown of the examples they sent and told them I prefer moto, trench, or pea-coat style jackets.
You can post a picture of your catch on social media (and at Luxe catch) for a chance to win a free box!
With the posh box, I received a print out with "The Luxe Find" – which describes 11 must-have fall items – on the front and a specific breakdown of the items and values on the back.
Value and savings breakdown for my Posh Catch!
Some descriptions and style tips for each of the included items.
Badgley Mischka Leather Fur Collar Biker Moto Jacket - Retail Value $595
Wow! I'm soooo happy I received this jacket! It was teased in some of the emails about this month and I loved it from the moment I saw it. I was thinking I would receive something like the examples above, but I couldn't be happier with my pick. This gorgeous leather jacket is made from grained lambskin leather and is fully lined with silky polyester. The shearling at the collar is lamb and is super soft. Gold zipper details and ribbed accents along the sides give it a rugged vibe while still looking chic. I can immediately tell the difference between this jacket and all the others I've had before. It is very thick and sturdy which provides a lot of warmth but is also breathable and comfortable.
Halston Heritage Cotton Blend Sweater - Retail Value $295
I'm not sure why this is called a "cotton blend" sweater because it is made from 85% silk and 15% cashmere, which is so much better. As you can imagine, it feels and wears like a dream. The model shows it worn as an off-one-shoulder silhouette, so that's how I tried it. It certainly doesn't sit the same way on my wide shoulders as it does on her tiny frame, but I still love it. It has an easy, slouchy feel that looks great anyway it falls. And I love the deep-v in the back! It gives the sweater a sexy edge that can be played up with a strappy bralette or left alone to show a little skin. I think the split detail on the wrists looks best for me scrunched up just a little so I can show off my watch or bracelets.
French Connection Lace Up Leatherette Pants - Retail Value $188
Can you say WOW again?! My favorite bottoms for winter are a pair of black, leather-like, coated leggings that I've essentially worn ragged. These are a perfect replacement for those with a little (ahem...or a lot) of added sass. The laces up the sides are perfectly paired with a glitzy top for a night out or can be played down to a more casual look with a sweater like the one I just showed you.
The fabric is a cotton/poly/elastane mix so it's stretchy but has some structure. They are super comfortable and the mid-rise button waist doesn't cut into my stomach at all. Back to the laces ... they are functional and can be adjusted to however "open" you want them to be. There is a panel of fabric layered under the top section for coverage (about the length of short shorts). I like that there are pockets in the back so they feel more like real pants than my current leggings.
Here I've paired the sweater and lace-up pants with my slide on sneaks for a more casual look. I didn't know that I'd like anything but heel with these pants, but I love this look too. It just epitomizes my style - sassy but comfortable. 🙂
The Verdict: I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the styles in my catch this month. The feel and texture of these pieces are just so luxe and make me feel wonderful when I wear them. I know the cost is up there, but when everything hits the style mark, it is such a great deal! I love that all of these items work together, so, not only did I get an amazing outfit, but I also got staple pieces that will be favorites all season. December’s theme is “Glamazon” and is all about the perfect party look. I'm thinking sultry dresses, glitzy details, and luxurious velvet. I can't wait to see if I'm right!
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? The “Leather Weather” box sign up period has passed but you can check out the current theme on their Insta feed. If you sign up on or by November 30th you'll receive the December "Glamazon" box as your first catch.

Value Breakdown: The Posh Box costs $250. The jacket, sweater, and pants have a combined retail value of $1078. Here's approximately what each item costs:
- Badgley Mischka Leather Jacket - $137.99
- Halston Heritage Sweater - $68.41
- French Connection Pants - $43.60
So, I saved $828 and got a 76% discount. That's some pretty incredible savings.
