Also getting the temporarily unavailable message. I can access the website about once every thirty minutes or so, but after I try to add an item to my cart, I get that error message again. And I cannot believe how many things are already sold out. I wish the website updated automatically to not show things that are sold out. It makes me feel like there’s not point in even trying to shop, especially with the error message I keep getting.

Got on the website right on the dot and items were already sold out. You have to keep attempting to check out for it to go through. I had to try about four times before I was able to actually complete my transaction. This happens every year. Keep trying, the deal is worth the hassle.

On site at 7am and some items already sold out. The one thing I wanted was in my cart and perusing the other pages to find more things. Went to checkout and it was sold out…at 7:06. Well, saved some here.

FYI: over at Birchbox, some of their limited edition and discovery kits are an additional 30% off. No ad, but it shows up in your cart.

Ugh!!!!! So upset. I had all my items and I couldn’t check out!!!! It Kept telling me there was an error. Finally when I did check out I got my least favorite of items!! But at least I was able to eventually check out and get something…
They need to fix this. If it’s in your cart it’s yours! It’s not fair you think it’s in your cart and it’s not there when they check out. 🤬

Nooooo, I had multiple items in my cart, and now the website isn’t working for me. I’m getting an error message on both my phone and laptop saying, “This page is temporarily unavailable because a device from your location is sending large amounts of web requests. Visitors from other locations can still view the page.” That means everyone else will get to purchase these items before I can, if this ever loads for me!

Same same. I did eventually get to check out with a few items, but the majority of stuff in my cart disappeared while I was trying to check out, only 10 minutes into the sale. Stuff was disappearing *as I was going through the check out*. The cart update right until the moment payment processed. WTF, Popsugar?

Ten o’clock, my foot! I went to the link at 9:47 AM, just to make sure I had the correct link, and the store was already open! Snagged the Sunday Riley serum and some gifts and paid a total of $46.28. Thank you PopSugar! Hope you manage to finally get rid of those watermelon lunch boxes!

Yes, it’s quite vexing. I’m also traveling. I’ve been using a VPN so my IP appears to be in the US. I highly recommend doing the same when you get blocked.

I’m a quarterly subscriber…how does the BOGO sale work on Cyber Monday for existing quarterly subscribers? Should I cancel and then re-instate it on Monday b/c I’d be game for trying the Spring 2019 box….annnnd I really love the idea that I can buy the Fall box for $25.

The last time they did a sale I bought 2 expensive things…one of which was no longer available about a day later (they were late to catch the oversell on the item?). I still had my other item shipped and I was only charged for the one.

Their system seems to be OKAY at catching this. I got taken back to my cart on something that sold out while I was checking out, but I have heard of other people getting contacted after their order went through.
Even if this isn’t the case for you, I DO recommend searching your inbox a few times to see if you’ve gotten any emails from them. For some reason, all of the emails about this specific sale always go to spam for me, even though the regular Must Have emails always come through.
