Cyber Monday is the perfect time to try CAUSEBOX! Now through 11/25, use coupon code CYBERWEEK to save $15 your first box when you sign up for a new CAUSEBOX subscription! (Regularly $54.95 a box.)

We couldn't wait to show you these snuggly ponchos! Take a look at how some of our amazing reviewers styled these chic winter wraps, and learn how to nab one yourself here.

CAUSEBOX Ponchos look 3

Marne picked the charcoal poncho, which has a crisp gray plaid pattern:

It can get pretty chilly in the office, so it's great to have a cozy poncho like this to toss on over any outfit I'm wearing and warm up. Since grey is my safe color, I'm a big fan of this pretty neutral plaid with white and black accents. That also means that it goes with anything!

CAUSEBOX Ponchos look 5

Laine went with the pop of color that the cranberry wrap provides:

Believe it or not, this poncho reminded me that sometimes clothes can teach us the best lessons! I usually reach for all black everything - it's not just a single color to me: it's the only color. I chose a mostly plain black dress with pretty details (and pockets!). I reached for the grey poncho first, layering it over my dress and finishing my look with a strong, spiked statement necklace, knee-high socks, and chunky leather sandals. I liked the look, and the poncho was soft and snuggly without being too warm - perfect for a winter showing of a play or ballet. It was definitely my usual color palette! Just on a whim, I also reached for the red poncho - and readers, I fell in love! I paired it with the same dress, but swapped the sandals for knee-high boots, and the statement necklace for a pair of pink, pop-culture inspired earrings. I couldn't believe how beautiful the warm hues looked with my skin tone, and the brighter color made the entire ensemble feel like a perfect holiday party outfit. It just goes to show that it's so worth trying new things (and new colors), even if they aren't something you would normally wear.

CAUSEBOX Ponchos look 6

Christen put a colorful twist on the charcoal poncho:

I have so many dresses I love, but when winter comes it's easy to toss them aside for something warmer. Layers like this cozy shawl extend the wearability of fall frocks into the colder weather, especially when paired with a warm sweater underneath. I love that this poncho's plaid pattern is balanced out with neutral gray tones, and I chose charcoal tights to coordinate. In this look, I felt warm and comfortable but also pulled-together and presentable!

And Liz styled it as a scarf:

I'm seriously trying to push myself out of my mostly all black/grey winter wardrobe, and this warm cranberry/orange poncho seemed like the perfect way to make it happen. Wearing it as a scarf is the perfect amount of color for me, and it really highlights the fringe detail!

CAUSEBOX Ponchos look 1

Colette picked the cream color, which we think looks super sophisticated with its pink and gray accents!

I love winter white and pale pink, so I was please to see this wrap! I styled it over some solid staples (white shirt, charcoal slacks) and added a white boot. To complete the look, I added a classic pearl drop earring that falls in various shades of complimentary hues. See, you don’t have to wear all black in the winter!

I ended up with 2 cream, even though that’s not what I choose, I chose the cranberry. I been talking to CS for days and they told me I could buy the poncho I had chosen. They are being hypocritical as they supplied the earrings but not the poncho I chose….. Anyway, if anyone wants to swap for the cranberry, lmk!

@Liz: How do you deal with the lint? I am currently wearing the Cranberry as a poncho, and my black sweater is just COVERED in pink-ish lint from the poncho. I look like a fuzz ball! Did you do something in order to combat this (I’m like you and I wear mostly dark colors so I’m worried that my black sweaters are all going to become a mess due to the lint!

This may sound like a dumb question but can you tell us how to convert the poncho to a scarf like you did in the photo?

Michelle

It’s actually quite easy! Put it on like a poncho, but then scrunch up the back so it all sits around your neck instead of draping down. Then you can style the “scarf” as you want, wrapping in various different ways since the rest of it kind of just acts like the ends of a blanket scarf. Or you can fold it in half and treat it exactly like a blanket scarf. Just play around to find your favorite way to wrap it!

I’d love to swap for that cream one!! If anyone has one they’re willing to swap me, let me know! I have a bunch of jewelry I just posted, like this one: https://swap.mysubscriptionaddiction.com/item/165829/roman-earrings-cinnamon

Love them all, I’m hoping I don’t get the cream though. 😂

Liz….. are all of the ponchos the same as far as the thickness of material?? Will they all look as good worn as a scarf as the cranberry does?? I’m seriously tempted to buy a 2nd box to get the black poncho & the earrings to go with the necklace I’ve already selected. I should probably wait to see the rest of the box though before I purchase a 2nd box. I would love to take advance of the Cyber Bundle but don’t know if it’s worth the risk of possibly being stuck with a bunch of duplicates of things I don’t need/like. Ugh!!!…..to Splurge or be Sensible??!!

Yes, all the same thickness of material. All would work well as a scarf alternative in my opinion 🙂 Hope that helps a bit!

I had already selected the cranberry to force myself out of my color comfort zone but wasn’t 100% certain I was going to be able to style it & wear it until now. I LOVE it as a scarf so even if I can’t ever pull it off as a poncho….I know I’m going to get plenty of use out of it as a scarf!! This is perfection!!

If you want to trade for the cream lkm!!

The cream is speaking to me, but I’m a little concerned with it showing the dirt.

Changed my selection from cream to cranberry just now after seeing them styled. The cranberry print looked a little more “busy ” in the Causebox photo -like it better now.Besides, I would probably spill a cup of coffee on the cream one the first time I wore it!

Jessica

I worry about that, too. And I’m clumsy and foresee spills in my future. But I’m going to pick it anyway, because I love the cream pattern and it’s not something I would get if it weren’t coming in a sub box!

Kelly

I just changed my color choice to cranberry based on this post! Going to step a little out of my comfort zone. It looks gorgeous!

Liz wearing the cranberry one as a scarf is giving me life

No kidding. It looks great as a scarf! I didn’t expect that at all but now I’m psyched.

Reply ButtonReply

Liz Cadman

Yea I wasn’t sure until I saw the poncho in person if it could also work as a scarf, but the material is perfect for it. It’s soft and warm but not too thick.

Eileen

I would get this box if I could be guaranteed the cranberry wrap. I already have a black wrap, a gray wrap, and a large cream scarf that could be used as a wrap.

Cynthia

If you get the annual sub you can choose. If there is a box later you don’t like, just email Causebox to skip that box. I chose the cranberry. Love it styled on both ladies.
