Is anyone still waiting for their January box? It’s 3 days from February reveal & nothing. I’ve reached out to them on all forms of social media without an answer. I called & the message said to email them

I haven’t yet either. There was a delay in the shipment of the face oil so that held up my Maven box. They just charged me on Friday instead of last month so it should be shipping soon.

Has anyone not been charged for their January Maven box? This is the first time in months I’ve been tempted by a box and haven’t been charged yet and had made my selections on the 21st of Dec. I heard, from a YouTuber that does beauty news, that their parent company filed for bankruptcy protection and included Julep. But that it wouldn’t affect their subscriptions. Had any body heard any thing else?

Due to the holidays, I forgot to sign in to make selections or skip. I usually customize my box, but now I have no clue what I’m getting this month. Does anyone know what’s in the “Everything Is Possible” box? That’s all it says in the order details so far…

No, you can choose from a given set of options (the monthly collection plus whatever else they’ve selected to offer for your box) that add up to a certain retail value. If you choose just polish, I believe you can get three, and maybe some stickers. You can pick all the colors, but it will cost more than the usual $25. I think it’s $40, maybe?

The upgrade for all the polishes this month is $20 more. It’s $40 more if you want all the polishes and the facial oil.
