I emailed customer service yesterday just to check. This was the first time I ordered with popsugar, so I wasn’t sure what their time frame was. They said it had not left the warehouse and they would update me as soon as possible. I ordered December 27th. Not a huge deal, as I subscribe to another box that has slower shipping. Hope we all get our boxes soon. 🙂

The leather valet tray is known elsewhere as “dice rolling tray”. We play a lot of games with our son, and really like using it for rolling dice. No noise and no dice flying off the table. If you are going to try to sell it on ebay, you might want to list it for dice rolling. I see that many people are buying them.

@Liz, It said all jewelry options sold out but I still was able to order the box withoit selecting anything. Does that mean I will get it without jewelry and possibly something else instead, no replacement, or will it be a random jewelry selection? Can you reach out and ask your peeps over there please? Can someone please help!? I just purchased this deal. It didn’t ask for any billing/ shipping info. I had a past subscription from a few years ago at an old address and it automatically applied that address to this transaction. I can’t change address info because I do not have current subscription and it is not allowing me to do so. Is there a customer service phone number? I’ve not been able to find one.

Usually there’s a way to contact FedEx to intercept the shipment. You probably just need to call FedEx with the shipping information.

Hey just an update on my end – I received an email from Must Have that they would try to get in touch with the warehouse to change the address. Then about an hour later, I received an email from FedEx with the shipping info. I emailed Must Have again and they said this meant that they couldn’t change the shipping info. I guess my box is going to my old apartment. I don’t know the current residents so I guess I lost out on $37.50 + shipping.

Is it possible that you contact Fed Ex and re-direct the shipment to your new home? Did Popsugar send you the tracking number? Usually I get a tracking number whenever Popsugar sends me notification that my shipment has been sent. I can only wish you luck on that and hope that will work out for you. Keep us posted!

If you live in the same city still you can call fed ex and have them hold it at your local store and pick it up there. Unfortunately I moved to a different state and I also got the shipping email. However I’m not going to allow popsugar to take my money while I get nothing in return. I’ve emailed twice with no response yet.

Ive always found PS to have excellent customer service. They also hand a Chat feature i believe. I find it hard to believethat they won’t change the shipping address. What i don’t understand is the poster who’s writing about “being dishonest 2 times”. As far as i know, this deal wasn’t restricted to current subscribers. Just barrage then with emails if they don’t respond by this am.

Agree…there was nothing at all dishonest about what she did…this offer was NOT restricted to just new subscribers. The comment from that poster was extremely rude and uncalled for.

The exact same thing happened to me. I subscribed to popsugar must have years ago and canceled my subscription. I purchased this box, and the popsugar must have site remembered my old shipping info, but did not ask for updated info at check out. I realized that it was being sent to the wrong address when I received my confirmation email and saw that it was being sent there. There’s nothing dishonest or deceitful at all about this. It was not the comment-poster’s fault, but rather, a flaw in the check out software on the part of popsugar. I made sure to point this out to them when I emailed them.

Meghan, why did you fill out a CS ” complaint” when PopSugar had the data filled in by your Autofill program? What did PopSugar do wrong?

They did nothing wrong. You ( and probably a few others) forgot to disable your Autofill settings when needing a new email address to be used for the discount.

All this means is that your ” work around” didn’t work, and you are paying full price for the box because you goofed up the form.
Almost all of us have had something similar happen in time past. You were charged the correct amount. Learn from it and go forward, but don’t blame PopSugar. You’ll have nice products, just not at the cut rate price because of your computer settings this time. ; )

For all that to fill in, I believe your own computer used your AutoFill settings. Popsugar doesn’t fill in an anonymous site visitor’s info, but your computer’s Autofill can if you don’t disable it prior to starting the order for ” new customers only”.

If that’s what happened, and I’d bet on it, then it’s a mistake on your part, hon. Popsugar doesn’t automatically enter anyone’s name, email or address.
They are going to see exactly what you did and were trying to get the discounted box, of course.

Whether you contact them and try to wiggle out of the full price deal is up to you, but it’s being dishonest times 2 isn’t it?

Disable your autofill options next time before you take advantage of a ” deal” requiring a never used email address and enter your info manually.

That’s what I do very often. If I didn’t, I’d be charged full price for a ton of boxes. They make money off my purchase whether I’m paying full price or not, but it’s up to me to get the deal by filling in an email address which has never been used.
Neither Popsugar nor any other box ” saves” cookies for years unless you never clean up your temp. files and as I’ve said, the autofill data which you instructed your computer so save for you at some point.

I hope all of us will remember to clear our data to prevent this kind of thing from happening. It’s second nature with me, but years ago, it wasn’t. 😉

This purchase was not just for new subscribers…it was a one time purchase, a way for PS to get rid of excess inventory…so not sure why you are saying she is dishonest? This was open to everyone…

Her subscription was from years ago, which means it was the monthly box, not this current quarterly subscription so no, she wasn’t cheating anyone. And companies ABSOLUTELY auto fill billing and shipping addresses when you have an account, you generally have to disable the “remember information for faster checkout” option. I don’t have any auto fill features on my computer, and for the first six months or so after I moved I was regularly removing and changing saved addresses, including with Popsugar’s old monthly box.

Even if she was someone cheating some system (which she isn’t, or popsugar would track IP addresses to disallow people to start new accounts like FabFitFun does with starter boxes and referrals etc) surely she doesn’t deserve your scorn on top of the worry she just sent $40 to a total stranger at her old address!

Anyone could do the deal, not just new subscribers. This deal does not start a subscription. It auto-filled her info from the account she was signed in on. I know this because I used an account that is a cancelled. Get off your high horse.

Wow, what a rude response, Lily! As it says clearly above, this is a single purchase box, that does not start a subscription and does not autorenew. (I have an annual subscription, and was able to purchase this deal on the the same email address as my annual). So, it’s not a deal only for first time subscribers…this is Popsugar getting rid of excess past inventory by putting it on sale…so how exactly is Rebecca being dishonest?

Rebecca, if you go to the bottom of the Popsugar Must Have website, there is a “contact” link…you can email them there. I agree it’s not as helpful as a phone number would be, but I think it’s better than nothing…good luck!

What are you referring to? Using a promo code is being dishonest?! Wow, then there are a lot of dishonest people who subscribe to or buy boxes. Also, I know exactly what happened, hon. There was never any information fields to be filled in, either manually or by autofill.

No, it is not sold out. 😉 If you want one, just use the link MSA has provided at the beginning of the deal description. I ordered one less than 30 seconds ago and it processed beautifully with the discount, etc.

I only had the choice of a silver bracelet, but since I have a gold one, that’s just fine with me. ( Snags on everything so I likely won’t care what the metal is- I won’t wear it, my wrists are so small).

I’ve been using the wrap and sunglasses a lot. Seems like they’re having a hard time getting rid of this box. I didn’t keep the cuff, lipstick or mask but am happy w the wrap and glasses.

Worst box ever. Cuff fits weird, scarf stinks like chemicals, the valet tray doesn’t stay buttoned, popsockets make the phone wallet useless and the wipes were horrible.

The vitamins, mud mask and scarf holder are okay, but nothing to buy a box over.

I also received silver hoops instead of the gold ones. I believe they are the Jane Earrings from the same designeras the cuff.
I emailed them about it, but I didn’t request an exchange. My Winter box had been missing the Black Friday special Opera Earrings and they wound up sending me both the gold and silver. Customer service has been great.
The Earrings with the fall boxes seem to be relatively lightweight and medium sized.

I mostly bought it because I have two recliners, and the pink/gray shawl/throw will look really nice draped over each of them…and, I’m going to Hawaii next month (!) with my extended family, and will gift the sunglasses to my sister for the trip!

They sent me a text to purchase and I immediately replied yes and it said it was sold out. Few minutes later, I get an email from MSA and was able to purchase for my sister. She loved my fall box and missed it the first time they dropped the price.

So glad I ended up buying this amazing box for half price and i got it super quick before Christmas. So worth every penny! I love Popsugar boxes so much, not the price though. I also wish they did really great deals for subscribers instead of always new subscribers. Like how FFF gave the 20 dollars for the Edit Sale.
