When you sign up, you fill out an extensive style profile. They ask what kind of items you would like to receive along with size, color, style, and price point preferences. Each category is ranked with a like, dislike, or love. There is also a space to leave notes for your stylist. By the end, your stylist should have a very good idea of what you like and don’t like.
Each edit includes 5-6 clothing and accessories items picked for you by your stylist using your style profile. You have 5 days to try everything on and to send what you don’t want to purchase back in the included prepaid envelope. My items are reflective of my style and price preferences, so your Wantable Style Edit may be completely different!

Wantable Style Edit December 2018 Review
My stylist was able to include 2 of my requested items plus a few other things she thought would fit well with my current wardrobe. Let's see what she sent!
Wantable recently rebranded and updated their look. They refreshed the logo design and added this little sleeve to hold the invoice, return bag, and any extra info. This month they also included a poster size fold out with a company overview and some tips on how to get the best edit.
The info booklet includes a note from your stylist and the invoice. This month, Christina sent me 6 clothing items and 1 accessory.
And here’s my invoice. If I were to keep the entire box, the $505 total would be discounted $121 (20% off + $20 styling fee deducted) for a total of $383.20. With this discount, each item would cost an average of $54.74.
Wantable also includes a prepaid return envelope to send back any items I don’t want to keep.
W. By Wantable, Striped Sleeveless Jumpsuit in Black/White, L - Cost to Keep $68 (Return)
This first item is one that I requested in my Stream. I've been wanting to try a jumpsuit and I was drawn to the vertical black and white stripes and the fabric "wings" along the sides of the leg on this one. I think it's cute, just not on my body. The length of the legs makes me fell stubby and the waist looks weirdly unfinished. A wrap belt definitely makes it look more polished though. I feel like it would work much better if it were longer in length and solid black.
Tart Collections, Arabella Coat in Blush, M - Cost to Keep $108 (Return)
If you've ever wondered what it's like to wrap a silk-lined cloud around you, then you want to try this coat. It may be the softest thing I've ever felt! The faux fur is made of polyester and it's fully lined with silky polyester. It can be worn open and drapey or you can hook it at the neck and create a wrap look. While I wanted to keep this coat – it's warm, has pockets, and is a beautiful blush color – I just don't find it flattering at all. I think I'd wear it at home since it's so cuddly, but it's too boxy for my style.
W. By Wantable, Long Sleeve V-Neck Tee in Black, M - Cost to Keep $42 (Keep)
This is my second requested item. It may be super basic, but I wear my long sleeve tees ALL THE TIME and needed a new black one. I like that it's smooth and slinky with a touch of sheen. The arms and bust are more fitted while the waist flows away from my body without being billowy, which I love. And, the arms are full length!
Blank NYC, Utility Skinny in Down to Earth, 28 - Cost to Keep $98 (Return)
The cargo style pant is made chic with a slim cut and dark silver zippers. I love the zipper at the back of the ankle! It's not only functional for adjusting width but also sassy. I've been after a pair of casual olive pants, and this was another pair that was so close to being perfect. But, they're too tight at the waist, so I'm sending them back and gonna keep trying.
Beach Lunch Lounge, Bailey Plaid Top in Sunlight, M - Cost to Keep $68 (Return)
I've been so into plaid tops this winter because I think they look cute paired with jeans and booties! I have another shirt by this brand in a very similar style but different color. I was hoping this would fit as wonderfully as the other because I like these colors. The fabric is a soft and cool rayon that looks fine with a bit of wrinkle (or...is that just what I tell myself?) 🙂 Unfortunately, the upper arms were too tight to be comfortable.
W. By Wantable, Cage Sleeve Sweater in Olive, M - Cost to Keep $69 (Keep)
You guys...I have this exact sweater in black from a previous edit! While I'm not crazy about receiving the same item again, I like the other one so much, I kept this one too. The 100% cotton, fine knit sweater has a forgiving cut that is slim but not fitted. I like that the shoulder details are different than the wide open cutouts I typically see. The ribbed knit at the hem and slashes and the rolled neckline show up better on this olive color than on the black too.
Pretty Persuasions, Wren Clutch in Black - Cost to Keep $52 (Return)
I love a structured black clutch for going out, especially one that has room for my essentials. The card slots and zipper pocket are perfect for keeping cards and coins in line and my phone, car key, and lip gloss fit in the open compartment. I'm glad it comes with a crossbody chain since there isn't a handle on the clutch itself. I already have a similar, black snake print clutch though, so I don't really need this one.
The Verdict: My stylist did a really nice job of selecting items for my Wantable Style Edit this month! Each item lines up well with my style preferences or was something I requested to try. I've been keeping up with the Stream and requesting things I'm interested in which gives my stylist an idea of what I'd like. While I don't want to complain about them picking things so spot-on with my style, I'm hoping for a few items next month that might push me and help me mix up my look. Since I’m keeping 2 items, I don’t receive the 20% discount, but my $20 styling fee will be applied to my purchase. So the total for the 2 items is $91. For $20 a month (which also includes free shipping and returns), Wantable Style Edit is a fun and convenient way for me to shop for clothes.
