BuddhiBox also offers a monthly Yoga Box and quarterly Jewelry Box options. Check out our reviews of those boxes here!

January 2019 BuddhiBox Essential Oils Box Review
BuddhiBox always includes a card with a mantra or saying on it. On the reverse is this month's packing list. Most of the products they include are cruelty-free, organic, vegan, or more than one!
The Dreaming Yogi Meditation Access — Listed Retail Value $10.00
Included this month is a small card with a link to meditation led by Meli, the Dreaming Yogi. The mediation is just shy of 5 minutes long, so it provides a perfect opportunity to sneak away from life and refresh your mind, body, and spirit. This month's meditation was all about putting your protective shields into place.
Savvy Stone Elixers- Kali Blend Spray - Listed Value $16.00
This brand offers different sprays inspired by different religious and spiritual leaders. Ths spray bears the name of Kali, a Hindu Goddess viewed as a divine protector and a destroyer of evil forces. This formula has Carnelian essence andHibiscuss oil. There really isn't a strong scent which is a little bit of a shame as this is an essential oil box and fragrance is a huge draw, at least for me! I could see using this spray in the corners of my house for more positive vibes, but I was a little underwhelmed by it.
Kheops Reiki "Protection" Votive Candle — Retail Value $1.95, Listed Value $5.00
This is the third month I have gotten a votive from this brand where you can buy it on their site for $1.95, but the box listed value is way higher. I am not really sure why this is. The candles themselves always burn clean and beautiful, but the scents are hit or miss for me. This moth's protection candle is really strongly scented of cloves. The heady scent will quickly fill your space, so if you love cloves you will be very into this! It is a little too much for me, but I have a friend who adores scents like this, so I will be passing it along as a nice little gift.
Healing Stones Carnelian and Goldstone - Listed Value $10.00
If you have been reading my reviews, you know I am always happy to add more stones and crystals to my collection! This month we have Carnelian and Goldstone. Carnelian is a speakers stone, said to help people find their true voice. It also promotes courage and boldness. Goldstone is actually man-made glass, usually made of Gypsum and Feldspar. Legend has it that the whole thing was an accident, and this "stone" was created by alchemists attempting to create gold who got clumsy and knocked a bunch of copper shavings into molten glass. Another story is that it was created by a Venetian glassmaker, but I prefer the alchemist version personally.
Vidatea Daytime Detox Tea - Buy a 28 Day Teatox Kit for $49.99
This tea bag is from a whole tea detox kit that has a nighttime counterpart. I have mixed feelings about tea detoxes, especially when the main selling point or benefit is weight loss. I think we should just drink tea because it is delicious and healthy in general! I did find the flavor of this tea to be lovely. It is smooth and has aromas of cinnamon, yerba mate, orange, and mint.
The Verdict: BuddhiBox Essential Oil Box wasn't my favorite this month, but it might be yours! I missed a more in your face essential oil product and didn't love the candle scent this time. The tea was good, and the carnelian was beautiful. The Goldstone was my favorite item this month because I find them fascinating and can stare at them for hours. I generally really enjoy this sub, so hopefully next month will be better for me. It was difficult to guesstimate the retail value this time, but the spray alone nearly covers the box cost if the listed value is accurate!
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, you will receive the February box. Order by the 8th of the month to receive that month's box.
Value Breakdown: This box costs $16.95 + free shipping, which means that each of the 4 items in the box (minus the meditation) has an average cost of $4.24.
