Postmark'd Studio "Just Chill" PostBox December Stationery Review
Anne always sends along a really thoughtful handwritten note in the world's tiniest blue envelope.
The sub always nails the unboxing experience with adorable and thoughtful packaging. All of our items this month are held together with a black bowtie.
Our monthly pencil has also arrived.
Each month we also get a heavy-duty postcard.
Included is a handy card with a list of each item included and info on the product designers and origins.
This sub always has a charity or giving opportunity they like to promote, which I enjoy. This month the focus is on The St. Jude Ranch, which collects holiday cards to recycle.
This month we also get a coupon code to Ooly, an art supply site.
3D Paper Penguin Postcard Kit by Pukaca - Buy 4 animals for $13.60 (€12.00)
This little guy is so cute! It was the perfect card to send to a dear friend with a little girl.
Emperor Penguin Card by Catherine Greenup - Estimated Value $9.00
Catherine Greenup makes such beautiful cards. They are very minimal, but have foil which really makes the animal silhouette pop! This beautiful card is a Tiffany blue with a silver penguin. It is a perfect winter card to send to a super stylish pal.
Warm and Fuzzy Card by Harkin Press - Retail Value $5.00
I love the feel of letterpress. Always a plus for me! Adding to my delight is the truly cute little penguin in a sweater. I appreciate how this card is inclusive of all the winter holidays since I have friends who celebrate different special days then I do during the winter.
Penguin Birthday Card by 9th Letter Press - Retail Value $6.00
These penguins just keep getting cuter and cuter! This little guy is the perfect sweet card to send to a friend with a winter birthday.
Grey Skies Penguin Card by The First Snow - Retail Value $5.95
I adore these gold polka dots on the envelope of this card! The illustration and sentiment are also easy to love, making this a perfect "just because" card to send to someone you love.
Flurrygram Snow Card by Inklings - Retail Value $6.00
I honestly thought this was a cruel glitterbomb card at first glance, but it is actually a snow kit! You simply add water and it creates enough non-toxic snow for one snowball. I sent this to a friend who recently moved to a snow-free climate in hopes that it will give her a little bit of snow this season, while she is surrounded by palm trees.
Ooly Splendid Fountain Pen - Retail Value $4.99
This pen is pretty much magical. It has a nip tip without all the mess! I have been looking to get into calligraphy but I am a clumsy mess and really dislike having ink around my house just waiting for me to spill! This pen isn't quite the same feel as a traditional calligraphy set, but it makes me feel fancy and writes beautifully. It also came with refill cartridges so I don't fear running out of ink for quite some time.
Black Bow Tie
The cute bow tie that kept all of our goodies this month together is also fully functional. My pug wore it for Christmas celebrations because he is a gentleman.
Vintage Stamps
I love the curated little envelope of vintage stamps we always get each month in this sub. It just gives any cards you send that little extra special touch.
Verdict: Postmark'd this month was so interactive and fun! There were so many different types of cards in this box. I loved the 3D animal kit, the snow kit, and all the adorable penguins! I also have a new favorite pen that I have to hide from my husband. I appreciated that the cards were winter/holiday themed, rather than just Christmas items. This allows me to send these cute cards to more of my friends and family, and since we are still in the middle of winter, they can be sent for a few months still!
